Great location! Good value. Very sweet and attentive housekeeping staff. A nice laundry room with clean tables for folding laundry and clean working irons and ironing boards. Great front desk staff. Delicious breakfasts! Attractive furnishings.
Any chance you could vary the music in the breakfast room a little? Perhaps it is your desire to move us along, but it is repetitively cloying. A minor dissatisfaction overall, but it got to be very annoying with a multiple day stay.
The room was a good size for two, newly refurbished clean and tidy. Great location right in the middle and close to the subway and bus stops for the city loop.
They have ironing boards and irons setup on level 2 that are for communal use. It would be much better if you need an iron in the room you could request and pick one up for your stay to have in your room.
Uitstekende locatie. Top attracties op loopafstand. Dichtbij talloze restaurants. Vriendelijk personeel. Onze oorspronkelijke kamer had geen uitzicht. De front desk loste dit zeer soepel en we kregen een uitstekende kamer aan de straatkant van het hotel.
The breakfast was awesome. It was healthy, and there were a lot of options. Our room looked into another building, but we live in South Korea and I used to live in Seoul, so it wasn’t a big deal! The room was totally soundproof so we heard nothing from anyone around us… It was the best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel! I normally only do four or five star hotels, so I was a little apprehensive… But, it was great and housekeeping does an awesome job too! They even called me a cab when my K.ride taxi wouldn’t work
