Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, within a walking distance from Insadong and other main attractions. There is a nice cafe inside. The staff speaks English and is helpful. The room was quite small and had a bizarre shape, it was a bit difficult to navigate. Would merit renovation. It included all the necessary amenities.

Güzel, temiz ve bakımlı bir otel.
Pros:

Kahvaltisi güzeldi. Belki biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir. Otelin konumu güzeldi. Toplu taşımaya, turistik yerlere ve mağazalara çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Biz üç kişi kaldık. Odalar üç kişi için biraz küçük. Duş ve Tuvaleti odadan ayıran cam epey şeffaftı aile olarak kalınca bizim için biraz sıkıntılı oldu.

High cost performance
Pros:

The location is perfect. Generally speaking the entire hotel is new and clean. The staff are professional.

Cons:

1. I specifically asked about breakfast time because I needed to catch an early train to Gyeongju. The breakfast is 7:00 am, which is like one-hour later than most of the hotels I stayed at in Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and so on. But I don’t think it can be changed for me so I just noted it for people who need to catch an early train.
2. It’s good to be told that “toothbrushes are not free in Korea and you can buy them at the front desk if needed” by the front staff and actually I asked because I was curious. I had brought toothbrush and paste with me all the time. But it would be better if the hotel could mention it in the message one day before our arrival. BTW, it costs 1000-kwr, which was fine because I used it very well to brush my sneakers after a rainy day’s walk in Incheon.
Basically, I am kind and used to saying “thank you” a lot, but in the end of the day, I travel solo a lot and know good hotels. This one has good cost performance.

Great location. Great staff
Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious. The cleaning staff were exceptional. If you are a couple, recommend getting the King Size room. Worth the upgrade.

Great location. Near several subway lines.
Washer and dryer where clean regularly and a good price. Recommend doing your laundry in the morning if you can. No need to wait for others.

Will stay here again on our next trip. 😊😊
