Great accomodation, i will be back
Pros:

The accommodation was very close to Seomyeon train station (which services two train lines) and many bus stops. Visiting the surrounding areas was extremely easy given how well the accommodation is connected to public transport. The room was a comfortable size and the bed was comfy, the shower was nice and the whole accommodation was neat tidy and very clean. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice to talk to, and very patient when navigating language barriers.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a stove top or a microwave in the room. The only kitchen appliance was an electric kettle and a fridge. There also wasn’t any cutlery or tableware. No forks chopsticks spoons cups bowel plate. The lobby had a water cooler and a microwave that guests can use, which helped a lot, but this small inconvenience was definitely not something i expected and i did have to plan around it. The front desk staff djd give me some cutlery when i asked though.

Broa Hotel
Pros:

Location is fantastic so close to everything from nightlife, food, shopping, trains and buses No noise from outside, very quiet in the room. The room and bathroom are a great size. Staff are very helpful. Baggage storage available

Friendly and helpful staff! Loved the welcome gifts
Pros:

Location is central with lots of food places. The staff is helpful and gave us free water, banana milk and bts Oreos because they knew we were there for the bts concert

Cons:

The prices were hiked up to meet the demand from fans travelling in for the concert. Not enough shelf space for our bathroom amenities. And unfortunately we found a tiny cockroach!

В нашей комнате были тараканы. 🪳
Я была во время концерта бтс, цены сильно завысили, все было бы ок, если не тараканы((((
Чисто ради бтс потерпела, некуда больше было идти

It was a comfortable and safe place to stay.
Pros:

The area/place was accessible to the places I want to go. Nearby mall, food stall, restaurants to eat and near to train/metro. The place is clean and the staff are veey kind and approachable.

Cons:

Some amenity like flat iron/steamer we can borrow to use incase the travel clothes got crinkle from the luggage. Also but not necessary full mirror size to see the full look outfit before going out the hotel.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güzel yüzlü, çok anlayışlı ve çok yardımseverdi. Yabancı olmama rağmen kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Birsürü ikram verildi. Müşteriye kendini değerli hissettiren bir otel çok memnun kaldım.

CP值高，適合有預算考量的人
Pros:

入住日期: 2026/5/30
房內有瓶裝飲用水，1樓也有飲水機和茶飲；員工很熱心，服務態度很好。
浴室有翻新過，很乾淨。地點近鬧區，但房內很安靜，且空間很大。
住宿期間遇到問題，住宿方也很熱心、負責任地解決，透過Booking.com的聊天也能得到迅速回覆。
整體CP值高，適合有預算考量的人

Cons:

三人房內的地板有凹陷、略為不平之處；床單有一處補丁

中規中矩，預算考量可以來住。
Pros:

房間大，離附近鬧區近，走路方便，搭Uber跑行程方便、免費借用轉接頭，帶去的幾個萬國轉接頭都無法完美卡住插座充電，會鬆動，跟櫃檯借韓國專用的省事。

Cons:

飲水機不好用、電梯難等，3人房冷氣直接吹頭，3晚睡下來頭痛….難受。
