La cosa delle immondizia da fare alla fine separarla per semplificare il lavoro della pulizia non lho capito ma ho dovuto farla dopo essermi informato ( specie la nostra raccolta differenziata) e il servizio letti in camera non esiste per tutta la durata del soggiorno almeno che non lo prenoti e paghi extra..

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no option to get fresh towels daily, and no extra garbage bags were provided to dispose of accumulated trash during our stay. Even basic items and services came with additional fees, with no complimentary options offered.

The check-in instructions were also unclear, which made the arrival process more difficult than it needed to be. Everything was self-service, with very little assistance or convenience for guests.

For the price, I expected better hospitality and access to basic necessities. I understand that some accommodations operate on a self-service model, but guests should be informed of this upfront, and basic amenities should be more accessible. Overall, the experience could have been much better.

1- the hair dryer was not working well and there was nobody to ask
2- you need to enter the password each time you enter to the room
3- no cleaning for the room, you have to ask and its not free
4- the washing machine in the 4 floor working only with coins (there is a machine that changes the notes to coins) but if i can pay with card it will be easier.

Siamo rimasti 3 notti, pensavamo non dico di aver il letto rifatto tutti i giorni, ma almeno il cambio degli asciugamani (quelli per asciugarsi per intero una volta fatta la doccia) ne abbiamo avuti 2 (uno a testa) per 4 giorni .. o ne mettete un paio in più o non bastano .. va bene essere ecologici però così un po too much ..
quando ho fatto la mia richiesta ho provato il QR sulla porta ma non ha funzionato .. ho poi dovuto fare la richiesta sui messaggi di Booking e avere gli asciugamani davanti alla porta in una busta l ultima sera per l ultima doccia in pratica .. la reception è inesistente purtroppo volendo chiedere direttamente a qualcuno..

Jag saknade en reception. Hotellet har själv check-in och ingen personal vilket jag upplevde blev ett litet moment. Som tur är så var dom väldigt hjälpsamma via mail och erbjöd sig att komma på plats för att hjälpa till. Genom att inte ha en reception kunde jag heller inte be om hjälp med taxi eller liknande. Dom städade inte rummet. Jag bodde där i 2 nätter och rummet städades ingenting, det tyckte jag var mindre bra.
