1. No puedo generalizar, pero todos los días que estuve hospedado me ofrecieron alimentos con moho en el desayuno. Inaceptable. 2. Pedí que me lavaran una camisa y me exigieron el pago en efectivo, no quisieron cargar el servicio a la habitación. Les pedí que me cobraran el doble o triple de lo que la lavandería cobraba, pero que me lo cargaran a la habitación, dijeron que no era posible. No veo cuál es el problema de que el hotel pague a la lavandería. Horrible actitud de servicio. No volveré.

This property felt much more like a run-down roadside motel than a hotel with a 9.0 Booking.com rating. Based on the reviews and price, I expected a clean, well-maintained hotel. Instead, I found dirty, foul-smelling hallways, stained carpeting, dirty sinks, worn-out washcloths, damaged curtains that would not close completely, and an extremely loud air conditioner. Even the room key holder looked old, dirty, and heavily used. The overall condition of the property gave the impression of a neglected, low-quality motel rather than a highly rated hotel.

We arrived around 2:00 a.m. and stayed only because my family was already settled for the night. I immediately contacted Booking.com to request a refund only for the unused nights so we could check out early and move to another hotel. I was not asking for a refund for the night we stayed.

At checkout, when the receptionist asked about my experience, I explained that the hotel was far below my expectations. Instead of responding professionally, she became defensive and insisted that staff had called and knocked on our door to address the issue, implying that I had ignored them. I explained that my room phone had already been silenced before I arrived, so I was unaware of any calls. I also told her that no one had come to our door. I was awake until after 3:00 a.m. speaking with Booking.com and arranging another hotel, and at no point did anyone knock on our door. Looking back, the hotel's security cameras would likely confirm that no one came to our room.

Paying approximately $750 during the World Cup for accommodations in this condition was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not come close to the quality reflected by its ratings or the premium price being charged. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and the property.

Las cortinas estaban muy, pero muy sucias. Y el balcón peor. Algunas cajitas de las amenidades estaban vacías. Eramos 2 personas y solo te ponen 1 cápsula de café.

Durch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße war es sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Die Fenster sind im Grunde nicht Schallisoliert. Einige Zimmer lassen sich nur über die Klimaanlage belüften.
