Pros:

La limpieza, cuando llegamos estaba el fumigador, eso dá mucha confianza y sabrás que no habrá fauna nociva, además que cuando entramos al cuarto, todo estaba limpio.
El lugar es muy tranquilo, con dos albercas para poder relajarte

Cons:

Nos tocó un poco de lluvia y se metía el agua en la puerta del balcón, no afecta mucho, pero puedes resbalar si no te fijas.
El lavabo no tenía rejilla para el desagüe, así que alguna cosa se te puede ir fácilmente.

Clean, comfortable, and with everything you need.
Pros:

We loved our stay! So many pools. Great food. The massage at the spa was wonderful. The staff was so helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. We will be coming back!

Cons:

Walking distance to a swimmable beach would be better, but it wasn't hard to drive to some really great beaches.

Toda la experiencia en este hotel fue INCOMODIDADES.
Pros:

La piscina y la limpieza de habitaciones es lo único que se salva.

Cons:

Este hotel tiene muchos puntos malos:
1. Importante si llevas automóvil, NO cuenta con ESTACIONAMIENTO.
2. Las habitaciones que se supone son XL o para múltiples personas (que por cierto tiene un costo extra) cuentan con un “sofa cama” que está HORRIBLE, dormir en una piedra hubiera sido más cómodo, sin mencionar que los colchones de las camas también son incómodos.
3. La llave de la regadera esta horrible también, no tiene presión y salen muy poca agua, es muy tardado e incomodo bañarse.
3. El personal: muy pocos miembros del personal fueron amables, e incluso uno de los bartenders de la alberca me hizo sentir incomoda con su mirada hacia mi busto y la forma en la que se comunicaba, incluso llegamos a pensar que estaba ebrio, injustificable.

En general una MUY MALA experiencia, si tienen la oportunidad de visitar Huatulco, hay mucho mejores hoteles con el mismo precio. Mucho más si van en familia y quieren quedarse juntos.

Pros:

Las dos albercas súper bonitas y la comida que preparan una delicia
El personal muy amable y sobre todo el del bar me cae muy bien si tengo la oportunidad de volver a ir lo haría

Las albercas muy limpias, las habitaciones cómodas y bastante limpias con todo lo que necesitas para hacer agradable y cómoda tu estancia , el personal 10/10 todos muy amables , regresaremos sin dudarlo

El buffet de desayuno bien, solo tal vez agregaría 2 guisos más y quedaría excelente

Very good place to stay we left my sons fav bear and they said they would ship it to us we will def be back

Me encanto la organización del personal buena actitud, siempre muy amables siempre sonriendo creo q la empresa los trata bien se ven contentos en su trabajo eso es bueno

La cama tiene base de concreto eso hace que sean muy duras la verdad amanecía con dolor de espalda y aunque pedía q me cambiarán de habitación comentaron q todas eran igual con base de CONCRETO Y CEMENTO, esto fue muy incomodo aunque le pusieron una colchoneta sobre el colchón no mejoro mucho que pena las camas son muy incomodas
