Quasi nulla, tranne la posizione
Personale per nulla socievole, nessuna richiesta di documenti, colazione terribile, nessun cambio saponette in bagno, molte zanzare e niente aria condizionata. Non consigliabile !!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of the main square, where the FIFA Fan Park was located during our visit. There are also several local food stalls just a short walk from the hotel, offering delicious traditional dishes that we definitely recommend trying.
The breakfast options were good and there was a nice variety to choose from. The only downside was that we were not offered a breakfast box on the day we left early for a full-day tour, so we missed breakfast because we couldn't make it during the regular serving hours.
The room was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the bathroom sliding door, which didn't close properly because the rails seemed a bit worn, but it wasn't something that affected our stay.
We also really appreciated the outdoor terrace, where we could relax and enjoy our own food in the afternoon. Another great feature was the complimentary coffee and drinks available 24/7.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Por andar de miserable y a las prisas dicen por hay me paso eso de la reserva.
Te presionas para el aseo y para desayunar si deporsi malo y carrereado.
La actitud deja mucho que ver.

Very spacious room. Very clean. Good breakfast. Tea and coffee are available during the day. The location is great for the zocalo.
Sofa bed made for an uncomfortable sleep, once converted. Room facing the street can be quite noisy at night, and we were woken up several times as a result during the night. The street itself can feel a little unsafe at night.

Fantastic location. Very close to the Zocalo and the Fan fest. Great breakfast Big room High cielings. Bathroom - Hot shower- very clean. Double bed on the small size but reasonably comfortable. Staff seemed happy. Nice breakfast/lounge area with TV available after breakfast.
Small detail - our room was next to kitchen. I know the staff tried to keep the noise down but it did wake me. The sound of the doorbell through the night.

We were a couple and we spent 5 nights. The place is clean. The room was minimal. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The location is in the center of the historic centro. Very good service by the staff. Maria and Reina were helpful to carry our luggage to the taxi that could not reach the hotel because of road blocks.
The room was minimal. The washroom quite small. No AC. No appliances. No elevator, but the staff helped to carry the luggage upstairs.
Regretfully, we came at a time that access to the hotel was limited due to protests and the main sites in the historic center were closed in preparation for the world cup.
