it was perfect for our night, the room and staff was fantastic
Pros:

It was perfect for the time my boyfriend and I stayed there. The beds were amazing, and the room was incredibly quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were also very kind and welcoming when we arrived. We had a great time during our stay and would happily return.

It was an amazing stay, for sure ill be back

Los encargados estaban muy atentos a nuestras peticiones, la estufa no funcionaba y en cuestión de 5 min nos la cambiaron

Cons:

La insonorizacion es casi nula, el ruido es excesivo se complica dormir y en horas de la tarde cuando el sol está fuerte en la habitación del ventilador se vuelve caluroso

The location was excellent! We felt safe at all hours. Lots of places to eat nearby. Less than a 10-minute walk from El Angel.

Cons:

We didn't have hot water to shower at times. The bathroom was not clean. The broom had been left behind as if they meant to clean it but forgot. Toilet paper was not stocked. We heard mice. The trees around the property covered the view that was expected based on the pictures, including when on the rooftop.

Pros:

El apartamento es lindo, limpio, súper bien ubicado todo queda cerca, te puedes mover fácilmente en autobús. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes pero también lugares donde comprar si quieres cocinar. Las personas que trabajando allí son muy amables

La ubicación es muy buena, muy muy limpio y las camas súper cómodas. Las recámaras están perfectas. El Oxxo en enseguida del acceso principal es muy práctico. El menaje en la cocina es suficiente y de buena calidad.

Cons:

Esta en la esquina de dos avenidas muy transitadas, el ruido a todas horas es muy molesto, sobre todo de noche. En la sala el aparato de aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien pero era muy ruidoso. El sillón necesita un reemplazo.

The apartment is well located and have all the required ammenities like kitchen, microwave and fridge. Also bed is very good size and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator didn't work for 5 out of 10 days, and I was in the 6 floor, with a 66 years old relative. You can imagine the problem this creates for her, also one full day we didn't have hot water and other day just we didn't have water at all, the most annoying part we receive no communication from staff or solution, they didn't care at all. If you plan to work during your stay, please forget about it, because internet is so terrible and unstable. Worst place to stay.
