La ubicación, nada más.

Cons:

El edificio poco a poco se va deteriorando. Siempre me hospedaba ahí. Ya no es lo mismo, los controles de la tv no funcionan, el agua que expulsa el ac cae directo al piso del balcón, los muebles se están desbaratando. El cancel del baño urge cambiarlo. Al menos en mi última estadía no había shampoo ni jabón. Por el precio, hay mejores alrededor.

Chegamos, entramos, tinha mofo, pedimos reembolso, nos negaram reembolso, e saímos assim mesmo.

Nossa saúde conta muito mais.

Pros:

Nos gustó que estaba cerca del ADO y de la estación maritima. En plena 5a AV. Tiene terraza con piscina y se ve el mar.

Vorsicht! Diebstahl mit Zweitschlüssel!

Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach. Die Strandnähe.

Mein Zimmer wurde in der Zeit zwischen ca.18:00 und 22:00 Uhr wahrscheinlich mit einem Zweitschlüssel geöffnet. Sämtliches Bargeld und mein Goldschmuck gestohlen!!!
Das Hotelmanagament liest meine WhatsApp-Nachrichten, nimmt aber keine Stellung. Videokamera vor dem Zimmer, aber es wird nicht gehandelt!!!

Don't stay here!

The A/C worked.

Cons:

Charged me more than what was quoted on Booking.com, said it has to do with exchange rate. Not true but I had no other choice. Then they came to my room at 10:30 at night demanding more money an absolute nightmare. Wouldn't clean my room, the sliding door was broken, not a good place.
