Pros:

La atención del personal excelente, la comida deliciosa, lindas las instalaciones

Cons:

Al hacer early check in deben incluir el desayuno ya que no es un valor económico, el internet pésimo y los amenites del baño no los reemplazan en toda la estadía

Calidad insuperable!
Pros:

El hotel huele super bien, el personal es muy atento, los materiales de todo el hotel son de calidad, wc y regadera limpia, moderno y con materiales nítidos y agradables... la cama a mi parecer perfecta (colchón firme) ventanas de calidad, mosquiteros, puertas, equipo dentro de las habitaciones muy bueno. Incluso los jabones que usan son buenísimos (Laguna Cyprien). Ubicación centrica... La terraza donde está el bar está muy agusto... Comida excelente. Hacía tiempo que no me sentía tan bien en un hotel. GRACIAS!!

La verdad quedamos encantados con el hotel. Todos fueron muy amables y atentos, y todo estaba muy limpio. El hotel tenía un olor muy agradable. La verdad sí lo recomiendo para quedarse. En nuestras próximas vacaciones volveremos a escoger este hotel

La verdad no tengo ninguna queja de este hotel, tiene todo. Quedamos muy satisfechos con la atención, la limpieza y la comodidad. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Location was excellent!! The front desk staff was fantastic and breakfast was perfect!!! We actually stayed an extra day!!!

Third time staying at this property and will continue to recommend this place.
Pros:

Top service, clean facilities, prime location and felt safe with security on site.

Cons:

Maybe looking into switching mops- both my room and my mother’s smelled like dirty mop upon our arrivals. Other than that everything was great.

La atención del personal es excepcional. Las instalaciones están espectaculares y la ubicación es excelente. Cerca de la zona viva de Guadalajara y perfectamente comunicado para ir a cualquier punto de interés. Sin duda es recomendable y, por supuesto, regresaré.

Everything about this hotel was well planned and well executed! We loved it.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional! Usually we find hotel restaurants to be subpar for orher options in the area. Quite to the contrary the restaurant was excellent. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left 3 days later, we had a wonderful experience with the hotel, its facilities and the wonderful staff. We have been to Guadalajara many times over the past 15 years,but this time our accomodation exceeded our expectations.
