The location was great, very close to el centro. Also I have stayed in many hotels in Guadalajara and it can be difficult to find one that is truly quiet. This one was extremely quiet with no outside noise of any sort. It was 5 star with what you expect when you pay for 5 star.
The only problem we had was with the lights in our room. There was a malfunction with the automatic lights that you slide your key card into but problem was promptly resolved.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me set up the TV channel so that I could watch the World Cup football games:) the room is no doubt clean and comfortable, and I want to mention the restaurant in the hotel. You should try their food at least once. It’s high quality and the price is very reasonable. You will get a complimentary drink upon your arrival. I must say they make a mean Mojito, so good I ordered another one the second day:) and their coffee and teas are all high quality 👍. Guadalajara is a great city to visit. I do wish I spoke Spanish as I have this strong feeling I could have known better the culture of this city which has a strong soul of its own.
I must say the WiFi connection in my room. I think it might be because my room is far from the router. I needed to be in the resting area on the third floor to get a good connection. But the resting area is very well decorated and quiet, so I don’t complain.

Fantastic location in the historic district. 5-10 mins walk to the cathedral and a big local market.
The room was spacious and quiet.
Decent breakfast was included. We also received tickets for welcome drinks at the bar.
The decor was modern and chic. Security at the door 24/7, we felt very safe.
The staff were friendly.
We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and it was quite good.
A bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom but I think it’s more of an issue of the city than the hotel.
Wish the room had more than one chair. Since we were 2 people it was a bit inconvenient having just one chair to sit in the room.
We were only allowed to pick one pastry bread from the tray at breakfast, would have been nice to be allowed one or two more to try different things.

Al hacer early check in deben incluir el desayuno ya que no es un valor económico, el internet pésimo y los amenites del baño no los reemplazan en toda la estadía
Umístění hotelu, personál, klid, vybavení, jídlo.
El hotel huele super bien, el personal es muy atento, los materiales de todo el hotel son de calidad, wc y regadera limpia, moderno y con materiales nítidos y agradables... la cama a mi parecer perfecta (colchón firme) ventanas de calidad, mosquiteros, puertas, equipo dentro de las habitaciones muy bueno. Incluso los jabones que usan son buenísimos (Laguna Cyprien). Ubicación centrica... La terraza donde está el bar está muy agusto... Comida excelente. Hacía tiempo que no me sentía tan bien en un hotel. GRACIAS!!
