PUDIMOS PASAR SÓLO 1,5 NOCHES DE 3 PAGADAS. NADIE DEL HOTEL SE INTERESÓ POR QUÉ NOS FUIMOS ANTES A LAS 3 DE LA MADRUGADA. LA NOCHE DEL 12 al 13 OCTUBRE, TRAS UNA MÚSICA DEL RESTAURANTE ALTA Y MUY FEA, RECIBIMOS UNA LLAMADA DE EXTORSIÓN A NUESTRAS DOS PERSONAS CON DATOS QUE SÓLO PODÍAN HABER SIDO FILTRADOS DESDE EL HOTEL. INACEPTABLE DE TODO PUNTO. PARA CUBRIR POR SI ACASO NUESTRA SEGURIDAD, SALIMOS ANTICIPADAMENTE. NADIE DEL HOTEL SE INTERESÓ. PERSONAL HOTEL JOVEN, INEXPERTO, ASCENSOR AVERIADO, PISO DE LAS HABITACIONES CON OLORES A COCINA CONTINUOS, HOTEL SUCIO, Y NOCHE ATERRADORA PARA NUESTRA SEGURIDAD. Excellent, location and relaxing
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The valet driver provided great directions and we were very pleased with the service. We’ll definitely come back

The facility provided with a malfunctioning blow dryer. The staff was able to replace it without any problems

Bello hotel en un gran lugar pero necesita poner en marcha y arreglar algunas infraestructuras
Pros:

La decoración y la localización en la plaza.

Cons:

La presión del agua era muy baja y la ducha no era cómoda porque no podías ducharte con tan poca agua. La luz de la habitación no era suficiente porqué los techos eran muy altos y no llegaba la luz desde arriba. Y finalmente, no pudimos ver la tele ni un solo día porque no llegaba el internet y no tenía señal. No tenías teléfono en la habitación y no podías usar el ascensor que tenían y tenías que subir siempre por las escaleras.

La habitación que se nos asignó no hay ventanas , puede ser una ventaja: no tienes ruido de la calle, solo un tragaluz en el cuarto que desde temprano entra luz

Cons:

El lavamanos estaba tapado tuvieron un retirar el botón para q funcionara
Le faltan portaequipaje no hay donde colocarlo

All the staff (excpet for the maid) were among the best we have experienced in the world after 34 years of global travel.

Cons:

The wifi in the bedroom was weak - and the room had no desk - but they are working on it.

Could have been better
Pros:

Clean and great location.

Cons:

1st floor rooms super noisy late at night and early morning due to proximity to lobby and nearby storage rooms for restaurant.

One morning the coffee was cold and old. I complained and front desk reheated it to lukewarm. Told me to get cream at restaurant. Tasted awful. No Mexican bread, no napkins and no creamer.

If you are going to advertise free coffee and bread, then make an effort to actually serve hot coffee and get some bread. They did have both the next day.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Just a wonderful comfortable stay for the weekend. Amazing staff, comfortable room, and the restaurant was excellent. You are staying on a plaza in Mexico. If noise offends you don't book a balcony room. However, we were delighted that everything was quiet by 10pm. This is a great place to stay.

Cons:

Eek we didn't have hot water the day we left. But it really wasn't a problem so we didn't say anything. It had been raining a few days so it's possible the property uses mostly solar for hot water. This is common in Mexico and I feel confident the staff would have resolved it had we brought it up.
