Très bien reçus
Pros:

Personnel très réactif, chambre spacieuse, piscine entretenue, petit déjeuner complet, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

ok pour un passage de quelques jours
Pros:

beau cadre, grand chambre, piscine extérieur agréable mais non nettoyé (feuille, etc.) petit déjeuner passable.

Cons:

Chambre le long de la route, beaucoup de bruit jusque tard le soir, débit de l'eau très faible, et eau coupée pendant une matinée. déjeuner relativement simple. Climatisation très capricieuse et eau de condensation projetée sur le lit pendant la nuit, très désagréable. l'hôtel est très loin du centre historique, compter 20 min à pied.

I would recommend this hotel again and again
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, in a great location close to downtown and restaurant row. Our room was spacious, quiet, well appointed and decorated. The facilities were lovely, pools, common areas were clean. You can even get your laundry washed and dried for 200 pesos. Breakfast was a mix of fruit, breads, eggs, juice, coffee & tea. Alejandro and Bianca were so friendly and helpful. In hotel drinks were very reasonably priced and so nice to have a cold beer by the pool.

Lovely property in Merida
Pros:

The property was beautiful with a thoughtfully manicured landscape. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating! I loved our room, which was very spacious, but it was on the street, so could be a bit loud.

Pros:

camere spaziose, ben arredate, bellissimo giardino con piscina, posizione comoda.
nota di merito anche ai ristoranti che ci hanno consigliato per cena, in particolare Micaela Mar & Leña.

Cons:

una camera dava su strada quindi non molto silenziosa, mentre l’altra aveva una vetrata sul soffitto da cui all’alba iniziava ad entrare la luce. bisognerebbe mettere una tenda oscurante perché non è molto piacevole la luce alle 6/7 del mattino. Colazione non molto sostanziosa, mi sarei aspettata di più visto il punteggio

Kleine oase in het drukke Merida! Goed ontvangst, prachtige tuin, leuke zwembaden.

Cons:

Ontbrak aan haar aan het zwembad met wat zachtere achtergrond muziek. Ontbijt kan beter.

Pros:

Everything is perfect, the rooms are magnificent and full of charm.
The staff is wonderful, especially Alejandro, who gave us a very warm welcome, was extremely responsive, and so pleasant.
The pool is superb and ideally located.

Great hotel with good breakfast, friendly helpful staff and nice relaxing facilities.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing friendly staff. Good breakfast, lovely rooms and very relaxing. Amazing housekeeping everyday. Staff go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. They kindly gifted us a bottle of chilled Prosecco as it was my partners birthday which was a very thoughtful kind gesture.

Cons:

Property isn’t in the best location as its a 20min walk into the centre, but this didn’t bother us and the hotel and rooms make up for this.

Excelente atención del personal y lugar muy agradable.
Pros:

Nos atendieron excelente, el servicio es muy amable y además me apoyaron con un obsequio para mi pareja que les encargué por mensaje.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el área de cafetería con algún ventilador más para la ventilación y algunos cestos pequeños para basura donde se pueda colocar los sobres de azúcar que se desechan y cucharas cafeteras extras, además de colocar unas pinzas para tomar el pan y que no todos lo tomen con la mano por higiene.
