Great stay! Nice place overall to explore the city!
Pros:

Great locations to explore the city. Very nice and attentive staff. Good gym, steam room and restaurant. Price was right. I visit CDMX often and like to try different hotels and this was is a great choice.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street (which are the best suites and balconies) will suffer from the excessive noise from the clubs right across the street. There is no way to get around that and the noise is very loud and until early morning (past 3AM). We had reserved one of those rooms and upon arrival at the hotel (around midnight) noticed the noise while doing check in. Upon going to the room the noise was just as if we were at the club. They moved up to a higher floor and it was just the same. They offered earplugs and a white noise machine but it did not help, so we had to downgrade and move to a room on the side of the building, which was still very nice. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only thing is that this should be noted in the description of those rooms.

Tuvimos una estancia cómoda y placentera
Pros:

La habitación estuvo grandiosa... en verdad, todo perfecto. Cuentas con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera y cómoda. La cocineta impecable, el baño iluminado, ventilado, limpio un perfectas condiciones. Closet amplio, terraza, bien iluminado. La cama, las almohadas y las sábanas increibles

Cons:

Elegimos una habitación con balcón, lamentablemente el ruido de la calle es muy fuerte y afecta el descanso. Pero por fortuna en el hotel nos brindaron tapones para los oidos y santo remedio, (para la siguiente, porque vamos a regresar) tomaremos precaución de elegir habitaciones al interior

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del paseo de la reforma, monumento de la independencia, castillo de Chapultepec, torre mayor , museos, cerca del metro y tren, restaurantes y bares.

Cómodo y bien ubicado en Zona Rosa
Pros:

La ubicación mas que perfecta en el corazón de la zona rosa, acaban de remodelar toda esta calle y se siente mas tranquila para pasear por el día o disfrutar los antros por la noche.
La habitación es amplia con sus amenidades en cocina
La cama es muy cómoda y confortable
El personal siempre es muy atento desde que llegas y tratan de que todo este increíble con tu estancia

Cons:

Particularmente nada en general, solo que la cortina deja pasar un poco de luz al inicio donde esta la entrada y si eres sensible o te gusta estar en completa oscuridad pues si es algo molesto, fuera de eso la verdad es que es un hospedaje excepcional

Amei a estadia, recomendo!!
Pros:

Equipe muito solícita, quarto muito bom, cama muito confortável, está em uma zona com muitos bares e restaurantes. Caminhei bastante de noite para conhecer diferentes restaurantes e me senti bem segura. A equipe realmente me surpreendeu, limpeza. Foi tudo perfeito! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Cons:

Como tem muitas baladas na frente do hotel, pode ser um pouco barulhento. O quarto em si não fica com barulho, mas algo baixo de festa/conversas.

Very comfortable hotel and in a great location to get around Mexico City.
