Ubicación, Amabilidad, todo lo recomiendo.
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble, éramos dos mujeres por lo que sentirnos seguras caminando en el barrio era importante. Cerca hay un restaurante de ramen buenisimo y estas cerca en uber de zonas turísticas importantes asi como de la estación del metro.

Cons:

Nada, la verdad se lucieron, el personal de limpieza y recepción siempre fueron amables y atentos con nuestras solicitudes.

Pros:

Great location, staff is very nice, the room was clean and had nice amenities.

Cons:

Our room didn't have any source of natural ventilation, the room was dark with only one light hanging from the ceiling. When you shower the bathroom water spreads everywhere cause there's no separation from the sink area.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, staff súper amable, todo impecable y súper funcional y bonita la habitación.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría sería que pusieran mosquiteros en los ventanales/ventanas para que se pudieran abrir. Se encerró mucha humedad por el calor y el baño y al abrir el ventanal se metieron mosquitos y cerramos. La habitación se sintió húmeda el resto de los días porque no corría aire aún con el ventilador

Funcionarios extremamente gentis e acolhedores, ajudam com o maior prazer. Muito limpo, quarto de bom tamanho, cama e chuveiro bem confortaveis, tudo macio. O lugar é charmoso, uma casa antiga, mas modernizada para ficar confortavel. Achei bem charmoso. Bom armario no quarto, mini cozinha para pedir comida com conforto no quarto. Tem uma loja de conveniencia boa bem na frente da porta do hotel que é muito pratica, ponto forte. Região boa e segura para andar a pé.
Se voce for para um congresso no camino Real e quiser ficar mais em conta e reservado é a melhor opção.

Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, e eu estou muito acostumada com. Mas não fez falta pois estava fresco a noite e tem ventilador bom.
O meu quarto era de frente para a rua, eu fiquei preocupada de ter barulho a noite pois a rua era meio movimentada. Mas dormi bem a noite, e eles oferecem abafador de barulho pro ruido

Très bon emplacement, personnel très gentil et serviable. Les chambres sont très propres et équipées correctement.

Cons:

Malheureusement les chambres sont tres bruyantes, on entend les véhicules passer le soir et le matin et la musique des voisins de chambre…

Pros:

La ubicación buena, el servicio de limpieza malo

La ubicación es muy céntrico para moverse a zonas como a Polanco, Condesa, Roma

Cons:

La habitación no la limpiaron todos los días, el baño no lo limpiaban ni reponen el jabón si se acaba. Había algunos días que volvía en la tarde a la habitación (5pm) y la cama todavía no estaba hecha.
