Sabanas sucias, instalaciones descuidadas, un dia no nos hicieron la habitación, la regadera goteaba al dia siguiente la repararon pero dejaron todo sucio, el cristal del cuarto roto....el elevador ya muy viejo y descuidado

La amabilidad del personal, siempre se portaron muy bien. Además que las instalaciones del hotel estaban bien.

La verdad no me gusto q nos tuvieron esperando más de 2 horas para entregarnos cuárto apesar deq ya tenía mi reserva pagada la entrada es alas 3 yo llegue alas 2:30 y me fueron entregando casi asta las 5 aparte no tenía aire acondicionado
