Muito conforto e uma grande decepção no café da manhã.
Pros:

O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo e é muito confortável em todos os aspectos.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante, considerando o preço da diária e o nível do hotel. Poucas opções e um cardápio que se encontra em qualquer esquina por 2 dólares. O ar condicionado do quarto também não era suficiente para o tamanho do ambiente.

An amazing chic hotel to stay for couple days while visitin San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Jaime, Diana and Julio went the extra mile to accommodates our needs. Additionally, they provided useful information of interesting places around town. Breakfast and the overall services of the Maison Mexique were excellent.

Cons:

In my humble opinion, it was not issue with Maison Mexique.

Muy placentera y muy agradable
Pros:

Me encantó la arquitectura, el interiorismo y el diseño del hotel. Los materiales tradicionales como el adobe y la piedra le dan un carácter muy auténtico y hacen que el lugar sea realmente especial y bonito.

Cons:

En días de mucho calor, la habitación puede tardar un poco en enfriarse, probablemente por los materiales tradicionales que retienen la temperatura. Podría ser un área de mejora en términos de climatización, aunque no afectó de forma importante la experiencia.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a solo unas cuadras del parque principal. La habitación muy cómoda y excelente presentación. Uno de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado.

A good choice for San Miguel de Allende.
Pros:

Super helpful staff, charming and unique rooms, available parking, across from Toy Museum, hot water and ample bottle water.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was very low. It was hard to read with just the table lamp next to the bath.

Make sure your room has a window.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our first room had no window. We were moved to another room that had a partial skylight in the shower, and a tiny window that allowed very little light in from the courtyard.

La habitación es bastante amplia y el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación podia acceder caminando a todos los lugares que quise conocer.

Cons:

El piso de la ducha de la habitación 5 estaba muy liso, resbale la primera vez que la utlice.

El concepto del hotel es bueno, la plaza en la mitad muy amena

Cons:

Olor a humedad en las habitaciones, el baño también tenía un olor a caño, la habitación muy amplia pero sin ventanas (muy oscura) , el desayuno muy regular y la logística confusa.

Cons:

Terrible communication with manager. We paid for a room with a bathtub — this was the main reason we chose and booked this hotel. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the bathtub was not available.

The administrator was polite and genuinely tried to help resolve the booking issue. However, the manager, who was not on site, decided that this was our problem, and stated that in order to have a bathtub in the room, we would need to pay extra
