The property is amazing! So clean and facilities are really modern. Hot water in the showers!! And powerful water pressure! Location is great. And the kitchen is really useful. Staff would friendly. Beds have I social fans which is so useful in the non-air con dorms! Also rate the fact they would hooks up on the walls so each person to hand their towels etc — so simple but actually really helpful! 😚
The pool is quite small and not really in a sunny area. It didn’t look the cleanest, so didn’t actually swim in it, and the layout doesn’t really allow you to sunbath up there. Not really the hostels fault, but guests using the cooking pans to store their cooked foods, so a kettle would be useful — I only need a pan to boil water but there were hardly any 😅
Un hostal muy, muy bonito con excelentes instalaciones. Luis, el recepcionista, fue espectacular: súper servicial y profesional y muy eficiente.

Staff were unkind.
. When coming back for my check-in afyer 2pm wanting to have a shower and organize my stuff, receptionist ask me to wait even though there was no one else in line.
All she cared was to impress her boss how quicky she finished her inventory.
Same with the bar guy.
Came with the free drink invitation at 7pm - too early. Came back at 9pm - too late.
I recommend hiring experienced kinder staff or training the ones you have.
Dorms was tiny with beds too close to each other.

All in all it wasn't that bad, but not even close to other viajero hostals I had stayed in.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Leuke bar op het dak met zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt.
It was close to food areas and there’s 24hr front desk available.
No ac.
The stuff was friendly, the location was great.
In the kitchen is super small and have limited items for cooking. It’s very uncomfortable to go up the stairs with your food (dining area only in the terrace. If it’s raining there’re no proper places to eat). The fans in the room are so noisy I couldn’t sleep for four nights (even with earplugs). Toilet paper was missing for two days in our bathroom even though I asked twice.
La ubicación super céntrica, encuentras muchas cosas a pocos metro al igual es una zona tranquila.
El personal super atento muy amable y siempre dispuestos para ayudar y solucionar, la comida, las bebidas 10/10.
Es mi segunda vez quedándome ahí y superó las expectativas de la primera.
Its a great hostel to socialise and they organise activities every night at the terrace so you have a great opportunity to mix and mingle. Luis at the front desk was amazing! Always greated with a smile and super helpful with everything. The non ac room have fans in each bunk so that made it very good.
The bathroom shower clogged up everyday. The hostel organises tours everyday to different sites however having gone on the Heirve Al Agua, I found it much more expensive than what was sold in the city. It was a great opportunity to meet people from the hostel and the host Reza was great but there are cheaper options available.

We liked the cost friendly fees, the location was great and the facilities were nice and clean. They had a pool which was very cute and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is no air conditioning and that was very uncomfortable due to the heat. We could not sleep due to the heat and that lack of air conditioning. The rooms have a fan but it does not help much.
El personal super atento, presente siempre animando. Organizan excursiones del hostel que realmente valen la pena, tours privados, mismo precio que los convencionales pero mejor por comodidad y buen grupo. A las mismas va personal del hostel pendiente todo el tiempo del bienestar. Si necesitas un lugar para socializar es ideal. La terraza es divina y todas las noches organizan actividades. El hostel limpio lindo cómodo. La habitación era super grande y cama muy cómoda, estuve 5 dias y valió cada uno de ellos. Si quieres privacidad (estuve en habitación privada) las habs privadas estan al fondo y la tienes y no se escuchan ruidos.
Nada. Tal vez que es al final de la zona céntrica y de noche tal vez no sea muy ideal pero es super seguro y accesible a todos lados
El hostal es muy bonito, la habitación privada que nos tocó era amplia y cómoda.
Lo que más resalta son las actividades que hay cada noche, en especial el beerpong!!!
Tienen un buen sistema de recién llegados, en el cual te presentan otros huéspedes y puedes conocer gente increíble.
Gracias a Rezalito por ser un gran host y a los bartenders por ser tan buena onda.

O hostel é bem legal e cumpre bem a proposta, com um ambiente jovem e cool. Ficamos em um quarto privado, que era confortável e nos atendeu bem. A área comum também é boa, especialmente o bar (com ótimas comidas/bebidas e bom preço). Localização excelente, bem no centro de Oaxaca
Os quartos não têm ar condicionado, o que faz bastante falta. Embora haja ventilador de teto que ajude na ventilação, é bastante barulhento e atrapalhou a nossa noite. Outro ponto é que toca música alta no hostel o dia inteiro (tipo de 9h-22h), e isso incomoda quando se está tentando descansar. Também sentimos falta de um frigobar dentro do quarto
