Excelente hotel, lo mejor de Xilitla
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, y es super cómodo. Muy limpio. El personal muy atento, estacionamiento fácil de llegar si llegas directo, si pasas a front desk del hotel primero hay que dar una mega vueltota

Cons:

Deberían tener más personas para atender front desk, el pobre muchacho, hace tooodo. Sube maletas, hace check in, out. Te acompaña al estacionamiento etc. También informen la ubicación del estacionamiento, literalmente está atrás,.pero por ser Xilitla hay que dar una vueltota para estacionarse, siendo que llegar directo de la carretera es super sencillo

Me gusto lo limpieza del cuanto, del baño. El colchón super cómodo. La ubicación esta en el centro de xilitla. Tiene buen estacionamiento

Cons:

No es algo malo... solo que no hay elevador. No son muchas escaleras a subir tampoco. Pero bueno yo creo que es solo un pequeño detalle el hotel en general es muy bueno, bien ubicado, con desayuno continental.

Aunque un poco pequeñas, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

El pueblo puede ser poco accesible para personas con discapacidad para desplazarse en escaleras, y esto también se nota en el hotel.

El hotel está muy lindo, la habitación era súper cómoda, amé la cama, pudimos dormir muy a gusto. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, una linda vista, televisión, internet. Nos encantó descubrir que en la mañana ponen fruta, pan, café, té, y leche para que los huéspedes puedan tomar. Está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue muy amable. Cuenta con estacionamiento para dejar el coche.

Cons:

Nos costó un poco de trabajo llegar al hotel porque llegamos en domingo y había mercado, pero fuera de eso está sencillo de llegar y bien ubicado. Lo único importante a considerar es que el check-in es hasta las 3 pm, y en el correo que me llegó decía que se podía acceder desde las 12. Igual fueron muy amables porque se apuraron con la limpieza de la habitación para que pudiéramos entrar.

Pros:

Desde que llegamos todo se veía limpio, ordenado y moderno. Aunque la habitación no era muy grande, era bastante cómoda y agradable. El internet funcionaba muy bien y desde ahí se escuchaban los pajaritos, lo cual le daba un toque súper bonito. La alberca estaba limpia y de buen tamaño, perfecta para refrescarse. El desayuno tipo brunch que ofrecen también está rico, suficiente y con buen sabor. El ambiente general es tranquilo, el personal fue muy amable y el estacionamiento bastante amplio. Todo muy bien.

The room was great. It had a very nice mountain view over the city.

There was a complimentary breakfast, with fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, toast: everything I need.

Nice terrace area on the 2nd floor and pool on the ground floor.

Hotel is quite well maintained and in the center of the town.

There's a private parking right underneath the hotel.
Driving there from the hotel entrance is extremely complicated: they send someone with you. Then back to the hotel, plenty of stairs to climb.
