La puereta del WC no cierra completamente es incomodo no tener la privacidad.

La atencion del cliente debe y puede mejorar bastante, salvo el personal que nos apoyo abriendo el estacionamiento y la señorita que nos atendió en el muelle. Los demás son bastante déspotas.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante deficiente.
La habitación concentra mucha húmedad lo que hace imposible que se sequen las cosas e incluso puede albergar hongos.

The prices are high compared to other similar locations in Bacalar. $300 pesos for a drink and food was also expensive. You need to review your prices to be more in tune with regular people, otherwise you might end up like Tulum!! Thanks
Very clean and very good quality of amenities! Fresh ingredients for food, balanced flavors, not too sweet not too salty, the presentation was also outstanding, very helpful staff :)

It’s a gorgeous lagoon and you can jump right in from the docks! Staff friendly, beds so comfy!
One day they were fumigating the property and rooms and wanted everyone to be out of their rooms from 9:30-10:30 PM. They said the product had to be used at night which is fine but how about using it while people are at dinner and not when we are sleeping? We declined since we go to bed early and they made an exception for us, but that was just super late to ask people to be out of their rooms.

J ai beaucoup apprécié la modernité de l hotel ouvert il y a 2 ans et sa situation juste exceptionnelle sur la lagune, permettant de se baigner aussi dans le cenote esmeralda ! La vue est incroyable et l hotel est proche du centre ( 2km) pour accéder aux différents restaurants
Des détails sont encore a améliorer pour le confort, pour la mise a disposition de serviettes de bain qui pourraient etre en libre service dans 1 panier pour eviter d aller en reclamer et etre autonomes 😃 toutes les chaises longues houssées pour les protéger pourraient etre déhoussées plus tot en matinée ( tant pour la vue sur le ponton que pour s y installer ) - nous avons recommandé a l hotel de mettre a disposition au petit dejeuner du the breakfast pour les amateurs de the ( ce qui sera pris en compte )

Один из лучших отелей, что я видел. Расположен прямо на берегу озера. Номер - выше всяких ожиданий. Отличный минибар с нормальными ценами. Огромная кровать с мягким и чистым бельем и подушками. Отличный санузел. Не к чему придраться.
Все идеально, но хотелось бы дешевле.
