Pros:

La villa est magnifique, la piscine privée est très agréable.
Il faut impérativement une voiture ou un taxi pour se déplacer car loin à pied du centre ville (nous avions une voiture donc pas de problème).
Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps.

Cons:

Il faudrait mettre une pancarte ou un panneau pour indiquer que l’on est au bon endroit, car les GPS amènent jusque devant mais en face il y a aussi un hôtel et on ne sait pas vraiment si on est au bon endroit.
Le petit déjeuner / restaurant est hors de prix c’est dommage de ne pas proposer des options à des tarifs raisonnables. Pareil pour les massages c’est de la folie.

Rigtig hyggelig villa. Der var rent og pænt og personalet var hjælpsomme selvom de ikke kunne så godt engelsk.

Det eneste man skal vide er at det ligger langt fra centrum.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Great room, pool and outside bathroom was a lovely experience. The bamboos and tropical gardens and atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly. Also net around the bed was a nice touch

Cons:

The turtles in the fountain seemed a bit cramped not too much space for them to move around and explore, no stimulation or greenery in there, there was a larger pond near the sauna the hotel should reconsider moving them to.

Cutest private cocoon ever!
Pros:

Hidden gem just outside the city center of Tulum, easily accessible by car. Remarkably quiet for a roadside property. It felt like a little honeymoon. Very cute! Comfortable bed and great shower. Friendly staff as well.

Cons:

We only stayed for two nights :(

Wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft. Man ist komplett privat und keiner kann diesen Bereich einsehen

Cons:

Die Schildkröten im Brunnen. Mini Becken, keine Chance das Wasser zu verlassen, keine Pflanzen.

Klima bläst direkt aufs Bett.

Könnte einen Neuanstrich vertragen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Relaxing and much enjoyed!
Pros:

Beautiful inside the property. Very private villas. We had one with a private pool but it was a bit unseasonably cool so the pool was cold. Wonderful staff! Very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a bit outside the main area of Tulum which we liked, though it’s right on the main road so there’s some traffic noise.
