A nice niche hotel in a great location
Pros:

The coffee shop on the first floor was bustling with people and offered ample seating. It was conveniently located, and the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for the bustling city of New York. The friendly and accommodating staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

I had no complaints whatsoever, considering it was a hotel in NYC. The alleyway leading to the hotel entrance can get quite crowded, but beyond that, you can’t go wrong here.

Really good location for lower east side and village - right next to the fabulous Freeman’s restaurant. Will be staying
Pros:

It has a wonderfully edgy exterior! Spotless inside, my room was really quiet and very clean and comfortable. My son lives in the east village area so it’s perfect for that.

Perfect location, easy transportation to all areas of NYC, design funky down and the alley, and contrasting Danish chic in the room; hosts always ready to help, thank you! room surprisingly roomy for a 14m2. ;

Cons:

Having a stool rather than a chair or an armchair; not confortable when you're back from long walks; downstairs common spaces confortable, though.
No bedside lamp for reading a book; main and only light with switch near the door...

The location is great and the vibes are amazing. Is a really cool hotel. Staff is friendly

Cons:

No one told us about the complimentary coffee and breakfast in the mornings
The elevator can get really crowded in the nights due to the rooftop that people not staying in the hotel can also access with the same elevator that the hotel guests
