We had an incredible 4 night stay here - the hotel is full of character and has such a friendly and vibrant atmosphere! The staff were so friendly every day , especially Courtney who really made the extra effort every day to speak to all of the guests. We are already planning our trip back!
The shower doesn’t have a temperature dial, but this might be an American thing! Not really an issue as the water was a nice temperature!

The hotel is in an excellent location, part of the recent gentrification of New York's Lower East Side. The facilities are modern and very well architected, providing a small sense of adventure in a neighborhood long associated with artistic activity.
The listing on booking.com includes the heading Kitchen, and lists Electric kettle, Microwave, and Refrigerator as facilities. This description is not accurate -- there is no kitchen. The room included a tiny refrigerator (perhaps 1 cubic foot), and the kettle and microwave are in a utility closet shared by at least a dozen rooms on the floor and at some distance from our room. There is one sink in the room with almost no counter space. No other kitchen facilities are provided. These facilities would be fine to preserve a drink and a single leftover take-out meal, but they do not meet the expectations of a room with a kitchen, and should be described in a more appropriate way.

The most chill, relaxed hotel ever. I loved the graffiti alley leading to the actual hotel and the entire aesthetic of it all! Definitely will be returning soon.

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado a solo pocos km de todos los atractivos de manhattan, incluso también en una muy buena zona para cruzar a Brooklyn. Las habitaciones son increíbles y el personal excelente y muy amable, sirven cafe y algo de pastelería todas las mañanas. Ambas cosas deliciosas. Lo recomiendo con motivos, debido a la relación calidad-precio que es excelente, su ubicacion, limpieza y el personal, y para agregar, tienen un rooftop bar increible con unos tragos excelentes y muy buenas vistas al distrito financiero.

This place is my home away from home. I spent 25 years living a few blocks away before moving to the west coast and have come to rely on Untitled as the place I live when I am home in NYC. The location is perfect, the rooms are stellar, the bedding and mattress are heaven. My morning croissants and coffee served by Alex and the other excellent staff are divine. The rates are affordable, and the space makes me feel rested, taken care of and at home. Thank you Tim, Alex and all the other staff that make this place what it is. See you again soon!!!
We booked to see Lalībela and we had exclusive tour and experience, as locals, it was truly amazing memories we had with Michael and he’s associate guiding us through everything and everywhere. Their hospitality and knowledge is explicit making our trip one of a kind. I can not wait to go on for another adventure with this your guide. Highly appreciate it.
