Staff is not reliable & do not accommodate to your liking as well as not fixing any issue that you have.
Pros:

I did like the pool, loved how they had a section where kids could swim & not worry about going to the deep side.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful when I was having problems getting into my room. The whole day coming in & out of our room, I had trouble using my key. There was an instance when my husband had to let them know our key was not working once again & said they were on their way. From waiting outside in this humid weather I had to get to my inhaler ASAP, not only did I have to go again to get them to open my door they looked upset & still took their time. Also, room was disgusting! Not clean at all & towels were dirty!!!

The staff at check-in were very nice and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and the food was great.
Pros:

It was nice, comfortable beds.

Cons:

The toilet and the shower got clogged. Also it would be nice when advertising free breakfast to say continental breakfast or full breakfast.
