Amazing location, lovely property
Pros:

Really lovely and modern property. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Incredible location

Cons:

The room was very tiny, much smaller than i expected but was very clean, well designed and comfy. Also there’s no lift and i was on the 5th floor which was a bit of a pain. However the staff kindly helped with bringing my suitcase up and down.

The combination of surly staff and a prison-like atmosphere adds up to a toxic pkace to stay that cannot be recommended.
Pros:

The property is in a quiet corner of Roma Norte. The room was reasonably spacious with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room, while looking OK at first glance, has no window. The lack of any natural light gives the place the feel of being in a well-appointed prison cell. When I complained to the staff I was told that the lack of a window was mentioned on the site. A quick check indicated that this is a lie. The staff refused my request to move me to a different room with a window

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Muy lindo lugar, muy cómodo, la limpieza es excelente y esta muy bien puesto. Tiene todas las comodidades que uno puede querer en un depto.
La cama es muy comoda, el baño es muy limpio, tiene shampoo, acondicionador y gel de baño.
La cocina esta totalmente equipada y tiene una maquina de cafe con cápsulas muy buenas.
El personal es muy amable y dispuesto.

Cons:

A pesar de ser departamentos, cierran la puerta de ingreso a las 8pm con llave y hay que tocar el timbre para que alguien te abra la puerta...

Definitely would stay again with them.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious for two adults. Walkable to pretty much a lot of places. Staff was great. Pleasant surprise when I came back to the room they had balloons and a cake for my birthday! That was really thoughtful.

Cons:

No elevator but was really not an issue.

Really enjoyed CDMX. Roma Norte is the perfect place to stay. ULIV Roma Norte was great !

Great starting point for a first visit to Mexico City. Safe neighborhood and safe building that felt like home.
Pros:

Safe and convenient spot in Roma for our first visit to Mexico City! Easy walk to Condesa, Doctores and other nearby neighborhoods. We stayed for 6 nights and were very comfortable in our room, could have stayed longer. Kitchenette and rooftop area were nice bonuses.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not an included service with our stay :(
