EXCELENTE SERVICIO Y HOSPITALIDAD
Pros:

Mi habitación super cómoda, agusto y mi estancia fue genial. No cabe duda que regresaré, la atención excelente y tuvieron el enorme detalle de obsequiarme un panque por mi cumpleaños, los alimentos estaban muy riquísimos. Siempre la atención en todo momento.

Pros:

Terrasse avec piscine (non fumeur) très agréable avec une jolie vue sur la plage!
Le personnel est charmant et très aidant.
Les terrasses des chambres du premier sont très agréables! Plage zicatela a 10 minutes à pieds avec des transats et de bons restaurants !
Fontaine à eau à disposition

Cons:

Il serait bien de rajouter des volets ou un panneau en bois pour la nuit à rajouter sur la porte de la terrasse pour éviter la lumière du jour le matin…

Excelente ubicación y personal!
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, justo cerca donde inicia Playa Zicatela y muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO, además de tener varios servicios cerca.
El personal muy amable, especial reconocimiento al Gerente, que siempre esta al pendiente de lo que se requiere.
El desayuno delicioso, los mejores huevos rancheros que he comido, cafe bastante aceptable y sus precios muy competitivos si los comparas con el resto de los comercios.
La Terraza tiene una buena vista, el lugar es agradable con lo necesario para pasar un buen rato, el primer día era no laborable así que no había bar, pero los siguientes días ya contaba con bar.

Cons:

Hace falta mantenimiento, el grifo del lavabo se movía, es funcional pero da mala impresión.
No sé si fué por el día (1 de mayo/No laborable) que no había suficiente personal y se notaba en la limpieza que no estaba al 100, pero los siguientes días se notó el cambio.
Necesita una renovación el mobiliario.

Lovely hotel and setting
Pros:

Lovely quiet hotel with beautiful views from the terrace and pool. I recommend roomJR1 with it's own balcony/terrace. Breakfast on the terraza was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Never able to get warm, never mind hot water! Luckily it was crazily hot and we managed. The hotel is spending the next week doing a refurb apparently and are hoping to fix the lack of hot water.

Lovely little surprise hotel in Puerto Escondido
Pros:

We really enjoyed this little gem of a hotel. It is not beach front but the beach is only a short distance away and the rooftop pool area gave us excellent views of the ocean. Our rooms were fairly basic but nevertheless comfortable. What we loved was the rooftop area—the pool is lovely and the hammocks were a huge hit. We were thrilled that the rooftop had a bar and that the bartender made excellent drinks (both mocktails and cocktails). It’s also nice that the bar has a bar menu so we could order snacks along with our beverages.

Cons:

The hotel is on a street off the main highway so it is not particularly walkable (except to the beach which is just a short walk away). We also had issues one day with hot water and, on another day, with the loss electricity. The electricity loss was not the hotel’s fault and the staff was immediately responsive to our concerns. The only other issue we had was that the drain in our bathroom smelled of sewer.

A charming traditional style hotel near the beach. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea where we ate breakfast and early dinner. Food was good value for money. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

The restaurant closed a bit early for us in the evening. Although we ate there every day.

It was a pleasant stay and we did love the pool, rooftop bar and hibiscus cocktail

We loved the rooftop bar and pool, best thing about this hotel!

Cons:

The location wasn’t great for the small bays that are safe to swim and the rooms are quite basic. The restaurant is quite inadequate so you can’t depend on it.

Nett angelegtes Hotel mit viel grün im Innenhof, nicht mehr ganz neu. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, Rooftop mit Bar, kleinem Pool und Meerblick. Strasse führt direkt an kilometerlangen Strand und Meer.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock. Wasser floss spärlich, Toiletten-/Duschbereich sehr beengt.
