Agréable et paisible cadre avec une vue incroyable sur la plage.
Pros:

Le cadre, le personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner. La vue sur la plage et la situation de la chambre. L'implantation des chambres dans le cadre de la végétation. Le personnel très souriant et attentionné.

Cons:

Le fait que la chambre ne soit pas systhématiquement nettoyer tout les jours, on nous envoies un message afin de demander si il est nécessaire de la nettoyer. Un seul café compris au petit déjeuner, c'est réellement peu.

Alles in allem war es super super toll.
Pros:

Ich habe es sehr genossen im Umi Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend. Großes Lob an das Personal. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind unglaublich leckere Restaurants und süße Shops. Das Hotel hat auf einen außen Kaffee Shop neben dem Hotel; mit sehr sehr leckerem Kaffee und süße Mehlspeisen.

Great place for an on the beach stay in Tulum
Pros:

Beautiful set up. They have music on the weekend but can go off to the side if you want a more chill vibe. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy. Shower is great. Food is great. Staff is very attentive. Ricardo at check in was great and appreciate all his communication.

Cons:

Only thing was we had a room with a rooftop pool and the hotel next to us also had one so it lacked a little privacy

Would go back in a heartbeat and only sorry we had booked another hotel for the rest of the stay.
Pros:

Staff - you had contact with them via WhatsApp too and they responded so quickly. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive. A real highlight. Small hotel, staff got to know you, not far to walk anywhere, calm, personal. Excellent position along the beach - generally calmer water, less seaweed than other parts. Spa treatments if you want them.

Cons:

Music on the beach on the Friday was too loud. Sunlounger was shaking because of the base. Tulum has become loud and too dance music orientated rather than chill, during the day at a large number of hotels. As it is a smaller hotel facilities not as big as other hotels but we prefer small less rooms.

Cons:

We booked a room with a private pool, but we couldn’t use it due to its poor condition. There was dampness throughout the room and pool area, and we also noticed leaks inside the room. The shower floor was partially broken as well. Overall, the experience was not up to standard

We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! Breakfasts each morning were delicious and cooked to order. The d.j sets at 2pm each day were a great vibe. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful property.

Pros:

Our room was the best beach view. We could walk out of our room onto the sand. There was a private room pool on our patio. All the staff was amazing. Ricardo at the front desk was so great and helpful in all our bookings. The food was so good we really only ate at the hotel. Our 6 day trip was simply perfect because of UMi hotel. I highly recomend them! Thanks to their fine staff!!

Pros:

Diego & ricardo were amazing! Diego did what he could to aleviate all inconveniences of the room! However, they still remained. Fromthe ceilingn room leaking down drips of water, to No hot water whatsoever. To shower water running into bathroom floor due to no door or cover, ,the door itself to the room made out of wood in a way that leaves it opned and not sealed to block any mosquitoes/outside insects that disturbed our sleep and uncomfortableness! We paid for a birthday arrangement that came out as nice as the Sun allowed but still grateful to diego above all! Did offer upgrade room but we did not want the darker colors that came with it. Ours was bright and light. Just very poor Management from whomever!
