We've been to Mexico before but this has the best location for a vacation! We enjoyed every bit of our stay here, from the quiet location - away from the crowds, the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the beach access, unique pool and the jacuzzi was a bonus, and most of all waking up to an amazing view! It's so private you don't want to leave. We will definitely come back 😍

NOTE: These does not ruin your vacation!
A little run down kitchen and bathroom - kitchen faucet was wobbly and a bit rusty and one of the faucets in the bathroom didn't have much water coming out.
Due to its location, there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, but they sell basic refreshments.
May I suggest a vending machine for snacks and drinks, like a few options of chips and sandwiches, soda, beer and juices will suffice.
Customers of any age will benefit from it especially when having a great time at the pool!

Pour un séjour courte durée c’est parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement au calme l’espace de l’appartement. Accès à la plage
La vue du rooftop la vue sur la mer

Cons:

Le manque d’équipement pour la cuisine plus que minimaliste (1fourchette pour 2) en sachant que l’établissement est loin de la ville il paraît difficile de préparer un repas et un micro-ondes serait bienvenu (vaisselle casserole….)

Excellent location but kitchen not equipped for longer stay. Could be easily fixed.
Pros:

Location, right on the coast. Pool, BBQ area.
Nice and quiet, nice garden around the property. Nice rooftop area.

Cons:

Kitchen not very good equipped. Not enough wine glasses, no bowls to make a salad in or any other bowls. No toaster, no kettle or jug to boil water (for tea). No cutting board. Knifes only very blunt.

Prachtige plek direct aan zee!

Cons:

De ontvangst, de kamer die te laat klaar was, de hygiëne, grootste deel van de tijd helemaal geen water in de kamer en alle inrichting die eigenlijk zijn beste tijd wel gehad heeft/vies was of gewoon kapot..

La propreté, disons que les gens qui font le ménage ne sont pas les plus motivés qu'on ai rencontré, on pourrait dire que ce ne sont pas les chips les plus croquantes du paquets

Pros:

Au calme et pas trop loin de Cancun Airport et Puerto Morelos. Bon équipement avec jacuzzi sur le toit terrasse
Bien équipé pour la cuisine (faire les courses avant d’y arriver par contre car supermarché à Puerto Morelos)

La proximité avec la mer. Endroit sécurisé avec gardien. La chambre spacieuse avec vue sur mer. Literie ok

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements extérieurs non entretenus. Un jacuzzi froid et un jacuzzi HS sur la terrasse et des odeurs !

Descanso frente a la playa. Hotel frente al mar.
Pros:

El edificio del hotel es Excelente, así como la playa pegada al hotel. La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, limpia y con una cocina muy completa. La terraza del hotel tiene una vista increible!

Cons:

Es realmente una pena que el alojamiento no ofrezca nada de alimentos y bebidas y obliga a comprar y cocinarse.
