El agua caliente excelente, WiFi igual.

Cons:

Las almohadas olían feo. En recepción sentí que me regañaron por no hacer bien la reservacion . En recepción necesitan más apersonas amables . De ahi en fuera todo bien.

Great stay at an affordable rate
Pros:

The location is really great within walking distance to the main central attractions. The street is also quiet at night. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. They provided tips on where to eat and what to see as well. A big thank you to you!

Estadía genial un staff maravilloso !

Me gustó mucho como el staff del hotel estaba dispuesto hacer que mi estadía fuera una buena experiencia, cualquier cosa que necesitaba Don Marco estaba ahí para ayudar , Paty súper linda y amable también.mi primera noche el colchón no estaba cómodo y lo mencioné al día siguiente y Don Marcos de inmediato lo cambió , lo cual ayudó mucho a tener una buena estadía .Diría que el trato que recibí sería una de las razones por la que regresaría al hotel 💖

No volvería a hospedarme ahí ni por qué fuera el único lugar disponible en todo Chiapas

Nada. Lamentablemente el encargado o dueño del hotel tiende a no respetar la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Cons:

Me reclamaron por ser dos personas en la habitación, cuando claramente reserve para dos personas.
Cuando alguno se estaba bañando realizaba comentarios por fuera de la habitación respecto al tiempo de uso de la regadera cuando uno, nisiquiera tardaba.
Pésima la ubicación de la habitación a lado de la del encargado o dueño o nose que del hospedaje.

La cercanía al centro de San Cristobal y poder moverse caminando, el Internet también muy bueno

Cons:

La atención por parte de administración, las habitaciones no son como las fotos, tenías que pedir que te hicieran el aseo todos los días y dejar la habitación abierta porque según no tienen otras llaves, el agua caliente escasa porque si se ocupan todas las regaderas al mismo tiempo no da abasto el calentador. En general varias fallas.
