El lugar no es lejos de los restaurantes y tiendas
El baño y el cuarto no estaba limpio, el cuarto estaba húmedo y el tele no sirve. Se puede pagar un poco más por un hotel mucho más mejor
DO NOT STAY HERE
Rooms advertised are not what you will receive, they are totally different rooms, in terrible condition and the bathroom has black mould, a major health and safety violation.
The check-in experience was also extremely poor. The two reception staff members simply handed us a key and opened the room immediately beside reception, without properly checking us in. They then continued watching a movie at high volume at the reception desk immediately beside our room while eating pizza. The noise was so loud that we could not reasonably use the room or work from it. The hostel refuses to refund us after frequent contact with the property manager even though we didn’t stay a single night of our 4 nights paid.
There is also an additional concern regarding the property’s staff.
After I had checked out and left the property, one of the reception employees whom I had specifically complained about contacted me directly through WhatsApp from their personal phone number.
I had not provided this employee with my telephone number for personal communication.
I subsequently contacted the property manager and asked why this employee had my personal telephone number and how they had obtained it. The property manager has not responded to this question.

La sucieda , el olor de los sanitarios , las manchas de las colchas, la suciedad de los suelos , que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad.
Le personnel était gentil et accueillant.
La chambre était complément insalubre. Il n'y avait pas de fenêtres donc la chambre était humide, le plafonds était remplie de moisissure et les draps de lit était humide à cause de ça. On a du partir à 22h00 et réserver un autre hôtel car impossible de passer une nuit dans ces conditions. Je pense que c'est une chose que l'établissement devrait notifier dans la description de la chambre.

Las instalaciones están cerca de la zona centro en san Cristóbal, se puede llegar caminando del centro al hotel. El personal amable y atento a las necesidades.
