Fantastic, cozy hotel in the heart of Polanco with friendly staff and nice rooms. Would book again.
Pros:

The service at the hotel was excellent and very friendly. We got one of the larger rooms with the terrace because we wanted space for our suitcases. We enjoyed the room and equipment very much. The bathroom and shower were large and the shower had good water pressure, which was nice. Also the beds are super comfortable, though the pillows were all very well stuffed and we would have preferred a lesser stuffed pillow, if we want to nitpick about something. But the mattress was great, plenty of space and good bathrooms. Also, the fridge was large and the roof top bar has complimentary tequila, scotch and mezcal which was a very nice touch too. The location is great, in the heart of Polanco and there are many cafés right next door and in the area to have breakfast. The place also feels more like a private aparment than a hotel because of its size, which we enjoyed very much. We actually didn't encounter many other guests.

Cons:

Everything was excellent, though instead of having 4 very well stuffed pillows I'd recommend they provide 2 well stuffed ones and 2 lesser stuffed ones. I'm not sure if they offer this if you ask, as we never mentioned it.

alles war toll, ein kleines Boutique Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Pros:

The included breakfast was great at the cafe downstairs. Overall the room was good. The service and staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortably firm. The bathroom in our room (#3) could use a refresh, to bring it back to the condition of the rest of the room and casa.

のんびり過ごせました
Pros:

屋上ではテキーラやウイスキー、お茶、ケーキなどを楽しみながら、ゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。
また、ベランダで外の喧騒や鳥の声を聞きながらのんびり出来るのも良かったです。
お皿などのカトラリーが部屋には無かったのですが、フロントで相談すると貸していただけて助かりました。
フロントが24時間開いているので、帰国便が早朝でも安心してチェックアウトできました。
周囲にはレストランやスーパーがあり便利です。

Cons:

日本から行く人は、トイレットペーパー流さないように気を付けて！！！
レインシャワー壊れてたのは残念

We absolutely loved our stay here. Such a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of CDMX.
Pros:

I've stayed in hotels that have cost upwards of $1500/night and not a single hotel has EVER offered free snacks and drinks in the minibar. It's such a small gesture but so thoughtful and goes such a long way in making a great impression. We also loved the rooftop - such a lovely place to hang out. Overall, this hotel was just stunning, staff was lovely, rooms were spacious and beautiful and location was fun.

Cons:

Staff could have been better at concierge services -- but we felt that way for all the places we stayed. Doesn't seem like it's quite a thing as it is at other top hotels in Europe. Also, room cleaning was inconsistent in terms of timing - not a huge bother but would have been nicer to have it done earlier in the morning/afternoon.
