lovely welcome and good communication prior to arrival, location excellent ! rooms very comfortable
Pros:

staff very helpful and friendly, excellent location to all tourist attractions, could walk to everything including boats to island hop. room and bathroom clean and very stylish

Cons:

was great to have the drinks machine for coffee's etc but disappointed about time it could be used, I get up early but had to wait until 8am before having a cuppa, I think its due to the noise - but I thought the rooms were soundproof?? if time was extended by a couple of hours it would be good. would of had breakfast each morning but thought it was pricey compared to ones a 5 minute walk away

Pros:

Great location with parking next to the old city. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Marta came out to meet us and help us with our luggage. They made sure everything was comfortable for us. The Heritage was very clean with good quality linens and pillows and a comfortable bed. Ivana brought the loveliest breakfast to our room, because the dining room was closed renovation. I've traveled the world and stayed in many places but we really felt that home at The Heritage.

Die Lage des "Hotels" war sehr gut. Es gab ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat, dass man auf dem Flur frühstücken muss oder als Alternative im Zimmer in dem es keinen Tisch gab. Ganz und gar nicht gefallen hat uns der Preis. Dieser war einfach nicht passend zu den Begebenheiten.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We arrived very late and were welcomed so friendly like never before. All staff is amazing and welcoming. The rooms are prime, spacious, very clean, modern and the bed is the best I ever slept in. The room is very quiet.

AWESOME HOTEL, AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME ROOMS, AWESOME BREAKFAST

This small hotel was outstanding, from arrival to checkout.

The location is prime, 2 mins walking distance to the main promenade and main attractions, 2 minutes to the beaches. The very center of Split (oldtown) but so quiet you do not hear anything from outside.

We booked last minute and arrived earlier than check-in time. We were welcomed with a friendliness out of this world. The staff informed us about what to do and see, offered a drink, and helped with an airplane issue we've had before.

The room was the best we ever stayed at, and believe me, we stayed in a lot of hotels, from small to huge hotel chains. This was something special. It was so clean you could smell the clear air, the mattress was awesome, my partner has back issues, and she had such a great sleep she wanted to take the bed with her.

We decided to take breakfast on the spot, and they offered room service with no extra charge, which is such a great extra. Breakfast was outstanding, and you can tell it was made with local fresh food and with lots of love.

This was such a great experience that we can not stop talking about our stay there.

We highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure.

Hotel cher et pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

Pas grand chose

Cons:

Machine à café juste à la porte de la chambre. Pas d' ascenseur pour les valises.
Petit déjeuner servi en chambre car hors saison. Pas bien.
Panier déjeuner pour départ tôt , 1 pomme 1 croissant. Par personne. C'est honteux pour un soi disant. 4 étoiles.

Más parecido a un hostal que a un hotel
Pros:

El personal de recepción se mostró amable y colaborador. El hotel está situado cerca del centro histórico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo sin ascensor. No vi comedor ni un sitio donde sentarse fuera de la habitación. El desayuno se sirve en un pasillo pequeño delante de la recepción.
