Excelente
Pros:

Muy limpio, habitaciones modernas y muy cuidadas. Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos facilitaron el check in con unas instrucciones muy bien explicadas. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables y nos facilitaron toda la información que les solicitamos.
En cuanto al desayuno, tienen convenio con un hotel cercano y nos pareció muy variado y con muchas opciones de platos tradicionales croatas.
Enfrente del hotel hay una parada de tram que te deja en el centro.
En definitiva, si volvemos a Zagreb repetiremos!

Het personeel was meer dan geweldig, ze hebben ons goed ontvangen en hebben ons verblijf zeer aangenaam laten verlopen.

Great Hospitality
Pros:

Hotel is located near Main Bus Station, very convenient when reaching from Airport by Suttle bus. The Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The most favored for me is the Staff friendliness and great care of customers, look forward to visit again!

Très bon hôtel avec un manque de finition
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé devant un arrêt de tram avec passages réguliers.
La suite avec le grand balcon est très agréable pour séjourner quelques nuits.
Le personnel à la réception est très sympa.

Cons:

Le nettoyage mériterait d'être approfondi (trace moquette, toilette, douche...).
Les équipements manquent de finition.
