Perfection, paradise, a dream — a truly surreal experience. From the wonderful staff and beautiful facilities to the room, I was wowed every minute of every day.
Perfection and surreal — there’s very little to critique. Breakfast was good, but I felt the rest of the menu could be elevated to match the exceptional standard of the rest of the experience.
La localisation est exceptionnelle en plein centre de Tulum. Le personnel est agréable et serviable, alertes pour vous trouver des solutions. Une lunchbox a été réalisée pour une excursion tôt le matin et aussi le jour du départ : c’est un service client unique !
Le lieu est tout simplement incroyable, avec cette possibilité de se baigner dans un cenote.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées avec la présence d’une enceinte Marshall !
Le prix à la carte est excessivement élevé pour le Mexique.
Pour prendre des taxis, il est préférable de passer via InDrive (4 à 5 fois moins cher)
Struttura bellissima e romantica Vi erano pochi ospiti e non mi sembrava che tutte le camere fossero funzionanti.
La struttura è immersa in un rigoglioso giardino, il cenote fantastico, la camera con idro ampia e ben curata ma la gestione della struttura lascia a desiderare. La suite dei ns amici ha avuto problemi a doccia, tv e idro mai risolti nonostante le plurime segnalazioni . La colazione molto limitata (se volevi yogurt brioche o espresso dovevi pagare extra). Tutto molto caro senza adeguato servizio; non potevi scegliere piu’ cose senza pagare .
Foi perfeito nossa estadia, local super aconchegante, lindo, limpo, comida muito boa, localização ótimo, dá para fazer muitas coisas a pé, amei minha experiência, funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos! Nota 10000

Nearby area has a few good food choices
Loud music playing from lunchtime onward around the cenote area. Would prefer peace, it was much nicer without music. Also, one day the neighboring property was playing loud music from early in the morning, and it could be heard from our rooms.
Hot in summer - more fans would be nice around the cenote and pool area.

The cleanliness is exceptional and I loved the yoga classes.
They have hidden fees. Parking they charge you separately, nobody was in the hotel but they wanted to charge us $8,000 to use a sun bed, some extra taxes.
The food prices are ridiculous and the quality is not even good. This is one of the reasons why Tulum has no tourism anymore.
