Hotel muy bonito, centrico y seguro. Con muchas areas de mejora en el servicio.
Pros:

La casa y habitaciones están hémosas, la cama es muy comoda.

Cons:

No hubo nadie en el hotel los días que estuvimos.
No hubo servicio de nada, entiwndo que no vendieran alimentos, pero sibofrecen un hotel boutique esperas esa calidad en el servicio y no lo hubo.

Super estancia!!
Pros:

Es un lugar maravilloso cerca de Paseo Montejo (dos cuadras) la casa es muy bonita y las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia esplendida, el personal es muy muy amable y servicial, la piscina es una de las más agradables en las que he estado (profundidad perfecta para personas altas), las habitaciones tienen ese encanto antiguo y moderno, la cama super cómoda, las áreas comunes muy limpias y bonitas, definitivamente será el lugar donde me quede cuando regrese a Mérida.

Cons:

El único "inconveniente" es el estacionamiento, el espacio de la propiedad no es muy grande para contar con estacionamiento dentro, casi frente al hotel cuentan con un estacionamiento muy seguro y de fácil acceso, por eso puse entre comillas inconveniente, porque literal esta cruzando la calle el estacionamiento.

The history of the place, the concept, the design

Cons:

There is no one at the property before 8AM and after 5 PM. So if you want or need anything they do not even answer the phone or text or whats. I had to get my own water in order to take a bath and after searching the property I found something in the kitchen to gather the water, which by the way it was disgustingly dirty and a mess

The room was swarming with mosquito, the AC didn’t work

The concept is beautiful. The service does not exist

Bonita experiencia en hotel rústico
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y el personal es adorable. Lo que más nos gustó fueron LOS DESAYUNOS deliciosos.

Cons:

Deberían poner mesas de noche en ambos lados de la cama, así como lámparas de lectura para los dos lados. Una lamparita no funcionaba y tuve que usar una silla como mesilla de noche.

Stunning hotel
Pros:

A beautiful building with stylish decor. The manager was extremely polite and helpful. The pool and garden area is serene and pretty. The bed extremely comfortable. The location is central and in a lovely area. Thank you for a fabulous stay. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Great Restoration Concept with Helpful Staff and Great Access
Pros:

Interesting concept for restoring an historic building but retaining its oldness. Great location to access good restaurants, the Paseo Montejo, and the central plazas. Off-street parking a great plus. Staff very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Loved some down time in the pool area.

Cons:

Nothing really. A little dark in the rooms.

Muy buena ubicación y muy buen desayuno, que respetaron la arquitectura de la casa si como el concepto de la decoración en gral., El personal muy atentos siempre dispuestos ayudar.

les photos sur le site sont trompeuses, demeure très abîmée ou des pièces ont été rénovées. Pas de petit déjeuner alors que sur booking il est noté “petit déjeuner exceptionnel”. Aucun accueil sur place après 17h et pas de réponses whatsapp sur des renseignements demandés

Unexpected place!
Pros:

Old house with a concept that preserves its exterior without remodeling. Good location, two blocks from Paseo Montejo. It has a private parking space and a patio with a cold swimming pool.

The staff is attentive and responsive to guests’ needs within their working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Cons:

The property is advertised as a “Boutique Hotel,” but in reality it lacks the services typically expected from a hotel, such as 24-hour reception, support, and security. In practice, it operates more like an expensive app-based accommodation with cleaning service. In addition, the facilities are quite simple: the bathroom is small and the hot water pressure is low.

At night, we were concerned about security. Although we were told that Mérida is a very safe city, with no other people in the house and easy access to the property, we did not feel secure. For this reason, we decided to leave the hotel two days earlier than originally booked.

No debería considerarse Hotel
Pros:

El lugar/ arquitectura es muy bonito, la casa antigua me pareció un muy buen concepto, la ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Faltan muchas cosas para que pueda ser considerado un hotel, nunca en mi estancia de 7 días hubo agua caliente (solo tibia), no hay restaurante, tienen un convenio con un restaurante que es muy bueno pero se debe caminar una cuadra para llegar, la reja para entrar a la casa está en muy malas condiciones y es muy fácil de abrir aún sin el código de seguridad (solo se empuja la puerta y se abre), el área de cafetera es muy obscura solo hay una cafetera y un dispensador de agua fría/caliente para toda la casa, por el precio que cobran deberían tener una cafetera por habitación. No reemplazaron el papel higiénico ni la caja de kleenex hasta que se le pidió al personal. Debería ser catalogado como un Airbnb no como un hotel. Los sillones en el exterior están en muy mal estado (rotos).
