Overnight stay specifically for a flight out of Laguardia, maybe.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and updated although no special details that would reflect the almost $500 per night charge. It was a short stay so I did not get to experience the breakfast items offered. The location is great for proximity to Laguardia or Citi Field/Flushing Meadows. If purpose is not one of those. then this would not be a good choice, in my opinion.

Cons:

I guess the price reflected a more upscale or refined location, amenities, atmosphere which were not apparent. Location is not a walkable one, but uber rides were quick to arrive. Entrance and elevator are shared with other commercial businesses and their patrons.

If you have no other choice, then it’s fine.
Pros:

For flights from LGA it’s an ok stay, but the odor in hotel is very strong, so not for sensitive people. Also surroundings (the area) are dodgy. The only good thing there is stuff, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Smell, the surroundings. Doesn’t worth money in general.

Good overnight stay for flight out of LaGuardia
Pros:

It was a great location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight out of LaGuardia. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The roof top restaurant had excellent food! The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise during the night. I’m not sure what the other businesses in the building are…but they have lots of late night business. Overall, not a big problem. The bed was comfortable and we slept enough. For the price we paid for the room, I just wished it had been quiet. But everything else was really very good.

It was a short stay but great airport hotel. It was quiet, clean, the staff was very friendly!

Cons:

Above a karaoke bar. Could hear music and people talking throughout the night. Pre-paid breakfast is a joke. Cheaper to pay for breakfast on site. Also, would not call what they served breakfast.

We had two complimentary bottles of water in our room upon arrival.

Cons:

Being as we had stayed at this exact location a year ago, we were excited to return. However, upon check-in, we were met with a less than friendly desk clerk. When we were given our room keys and breakfast meal vouchers, I noticed we were only given two vouchers despite us being a family of 4. Two adults and two children were specifically included in our reservation and I had opted to pay extra for our room to have breakfast included. (Please note, our family stayed at this exact location last spring and the Voco Fiorello Times Square location last summer—both times opting for the package where breakfast would be included in our stays and received 4 breakfast vouchers each time). When I mentioned to the desk clerk that we had 4 guests, she told me that we could pay for two of us and that we would only get two vouchers. I mentioned that I paid extra in my reservation to ensure breakfast was included and she insisted that we could only have two vouchers. When we got to our room, I double checked our reservation to ensure the guest info was indeed accurate and included in our booking and sent a message to the property (to have in writing) that I was inquiring about the breakfast vouchers.

We checked out early this morning and have yet to receive any kind of response. In fact, the same clerk was working this morning and was even less friendly than the night before. After paying over $450 for a one night stay, I was not going to pay $20+ each for two of us to pick from the three small breakfast options that were offered.

Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this Voco Fiorello location and quite possibly, will skip others from now on as well. Very disappointing after such a wonderful stay previously.
