Even with the thin walls, I would stay again and recommend.
Pros:

The location was in close proximity to the University and quaint restaurants.
Staff was super to resolve some problems I was having.
Very comfortable room and as a lone female traveler I felt very safe

Cons:

The walls seem to be extremely thin. Two nights I could hear someone snoring, and slamming the microwave door.
On the other side I had to deal with people having the TV volume up so loud. I called the front desk and soon it stopped. At 4am coming from the same room it sounded like they were renovating the room. Banging on walls, slamming drawers, cabinets...Once again I called the front desk. It finally stopped.

We had a comfortable stay, in a nice clean room with a wonderful breakfast. Felt welcoming by Audrey
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. My son enjoyed the fresh waffle maker.

Cons:

The indoor pool was really small.

The staff and price point were perfect for what I needed. I tend to need a softer bed, which is occasionally hard to fin

The design of the room was perfect! I was able to get a Zoom meeting done and availability of a refrigerator was handy

Cons:

The bed was hard and I woke up several times during the night.

Cons:

Pool was nasty. Hot tub didnt work. Woke in the middle of the night to roaches climbing on the walls. Took pictures and also killed a couple to take down to the front desk. Still waiting on the manager to reach out to give me a refund. He said he is waiting on the owner to call him. So disappointed. I want my refund.
