Never again!
Pros:

The view from the balcony was the only thing that was likeable.

Cons:

I wasn’t informed on all the fees and what not I had to pay until I got there. I was never notified not one time about the MANDATORY VALET PARKING! I spunt a lot of money when I thought everything was included with the total price.

En realidad nada la piscina full y horrible sillas al lado de otras la playa cerca horrible

El balcon sucio olía a perros me encantan los perros pero ese olor era a animal muy sucio pedi ayuda para unos cambios y no me dieron respuesta solo me vacilaron hasta que consumi los dias el colchón malo malo la verdad nada cómodo el ruido de al lado se siente realmente no es 4 estrellas

We were there for 4 nights and no towels were provided. No garbage pick up either. We went to get garbage bags and they only have 1. And 1 toilet paper the entire stay

Pros:

Don't serve breakfast but have a café. Easy access to the beach.

Cons:

90% of the staff is spanish speaking. Where they don't smile or understand English. Try to resolve an issue before arriving, no one picks up the phone. After several attempts, found a live person where they were not helpful.

Room outside was very dirty .Looked as if it was not cleaned for some time ‼️ . Ashes and cigarette butts was all under our table when we arrived. Staff at front can be a little more friendly. No grettings was made not even a smile was presented at check in . As a front desk agent with experience I was very disappointed. Elevators take sooo long and the way the payment is set up is a no for me. Overall I’m disappoint at BW for this last visit I had with them . Will not be back

The hotel it's was amazing the restaurant to me was the 2nd best part and the 1st was the view at night so beautiful and relaxing from the balcony on the 29th floor

Cons:

I paid and reserved for a king size one bedroom apartment and when I got to my unit, it was a queen size one bedroom apartment. And in order to get some money back I had to check out completely after just checking in from driving 8.5 hrs to having a room at all if I wanted to get money back. I had to forget about getting any money just to keep the queen size one bedroom apartment

Premium price but very nice accommodations
Pros:

Premium feeling, clean, modern facilities, beautiful outside views, especially from higher floors.

Cons:

Premium price; the room was a bit cramped and not large enough for the cost, with little space to unpack or sit down. The shower was weak and not powerful enough, no tissues in room (besides toilet paper), and parking was frustrating due to a complicated valet system. It's in a noise location.
