Management catastrophique : jour d'arrivée gâché et demande de geste commercial ignorée

Le studio était propre, très spacieux et confortable. La cuisine était très bien équipée.

Cons:

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel, dernière étape de notre road trip réservée 3 mois à l'avance. Notre journée d'arrivée a tourné au cauchemar à cause d'erreurs internes répétées de la part du personnel de l'hôtel.
⚬ Première erreur : Le matin de notre arrivée, ils ont menacé d'annuler notre réservation pour un "problème de paiement", ne comprenant pas le fonctionnement des cartes virtuelles de Booking.com. J'ai dû appeler Booking pour qu'ils expliquent ensuite à l'hôtel quelle était la procédure. Résultat : 45 minutes de retard sur notre départ de l'hôtel précédent.
⚬ Seconde erreur : Quelques heures plus tard, alors que nous roulions sur la Route 66 avec très peu de réseau, ils nous ont envoyé un message exigeant que nous payions un tarif plus élevé (2 fois le prix initial), sous prétexte que notre tarif initial était trop bas et que nous avions bénéficié d'une erreur de prix (ce qui était totalement faux). Nous avons dû nous ranger sur le bas-côté, passer 20 minutes au téléphone avec le service client et chercher en urgence d'autres hôtels au cas où nous nous retrouverions à la rue.
⚬ Absence de solution : La direction a reconnu plus tard que tous ces problèmes étaient dus à 100 % à leurs propres erreurs internes. C'est d'ailleurs elle-même qui nous avait écrit sur Booking la deuxième fois pour menacer d'annuler.
Bien que la directrice générale m'ait répondu le soir par e-mail en reconnaissant leurs torts et le stress important engendré, ma demande directe de geste commercial a été purement et simplement ignorée.

Une belle chambre ne compense pas la tranquillité d'esprit gâchée ni une journée de trajet passée à se demander si l'on aura un endroit où dormir. Un service client décevant et un manque total de responsabilité pour une enseigne du groupe Hilton.

Worst hotel experience of my life

Cons:

We had confirmed reservations through Booking.com, and the rooms were guaranteed with credit card. When we arrived they would not honor our confirmed reservations or room rate, and they wanted us to pay over $150 higher rate per room. We would not tolerate their attempted extortion, so we spent several hours finding and booking alternate accommodations. It was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel, and Hilton’s handling of the situation was shameful and inexcusable.

Great Stay!
Pros:

The convenience to eateries and Durango, while being private enough from the noise. The facility was clean and the room was more than enough for my stay! I wish I could have stayed longer to further enjoy all the amenities of the property.

Nice place. Good location
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Liked the gym and laundry facilities. Front desk was friendly and nice.
