O hotel não providenciou comprovante do estorno da taxa cobrada para incidentes, nem o bloqueio da pré autorização da estadia. Ou seja, arquei com o valor da estadia, o mesmo valor bloqueado no cartão, mais o bloquei da taxa de incidentes. Solicitamos assistência no checkout ao atendente, que se eximiu de qualquer responsabilidade. Solicitamos suporte do booking.com , enviamos mensagem ao hotel e nenhuma resposta até o momento. Ou seja, para negociar os estornos com provedores dos cartões Kast e Wise após os 30 dias, não tenho nenhuma comprovação. Apenas o recibo do pagamento. Continuo com os valores bloqueados, confiando que fizeram o cancelamento. Péssimo!!!!

I loved the peaceful tranquility of the location. I was gorgeous. I was extremely happy to have discovered Hotel Indigo is exactly what I needed. The process was simple the rates were phenomenal. The food the restaurant offered was exceptional . I will definitely return.

My stay was an exceptional experience and this will be my go to hotel for future visits to Panama.
Pros:

I loved how it was on the quieter side of Panama. Right on the water with their own little pier where the dolphins came right through and swam so close to the property! I also loved how clean the hotel was. I woke up the next morning to see them cleaning down the elevators, mopping floors. The staff were amazing as well, so friendly and accommodating. This location had the cutest little historic scenic town that I got to explore as well.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that stood out in a negative light.

Wir hatten drei fantastische Tage im Indigo. Vielen Dank dafür!
Pros:

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin begrüßt, die uns den Check-in sehr einfach machte. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Marina und nur 2 Minuten vom attraktiven, historischen Zentrum von Panama City entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hell, verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten und eine zeitgemäße Ausstattung. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Hotel bietet neben einer Bar im Erdgeschoss und einer Rooftop-Bar auch ein Restaurant mit einer sehr guten, abwechslungsreichen Küche. Die Speisen, d.h. Frühstück und Abendessen, waren von sehr guter Qualität. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen und würden es immer wieder buchen.
