Pros:

The staff members were very kind and informative. I requested an early check-in in advance and they accommodated me as soon as a room was available, which was technically 3 hours before their 4pm check-in time. The room was compact but perfect for solo travel. The view was great. The bed was comfortable. Even the water, snacks, and ear plugs were a nice touch.

Location great! Nice small room for a solo trip. The AC wasn't working properly though.

The location was wonderful! The lobby looked new and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Cons:

My air conditioning wasn't working. It was 95 degrees in NYC. I reported the problem to the front desk when I left for my concert that afternoon and asked them to fix it while I was gone. When I returned it still wasn't fixed. Another worker came at 12:30am to fix it but couldn't. The hotel was full and I had to wait until the next day for a room switch. It was very uncomfortable sleeping without air conditioning. I contacted Hilton guest services when I got home last week asking for a refund for the night's stay with no AC. I was told I would hear something within 3 days. It has now been 6 days and no response.

Pros:

This hotel room, while in a good location, was HORRIBLE. There is no privacy for the bathroom and made it awkward to shower and use the toilet with another person in the room.
