Very clean
No ice machine, no pool, no breakfast. Lobby bathroom was closed, manager said it was being worked on and there was never a repairman in sight. Guests were smoking right outside the front door.
We love the location and the convenience of feeling like you're at home. We had everything we needed to make our 5 day stay comfortable. This is our second visit, and we love it!
We absolutely love the staff here, which made giving a lower rating than a 10 hard, but there is one staff member that is nasty and has an ugly attitude. We went to the front desk to ask if we could stay another night. Immediately the attitude started, after she looked up, and looked my daughter up and down. I definitely hope this was not a racial profiling, since my daughter is extremely southern and dresses like it, or the fact that she looks different due to missing a limb...I hope she treats all people like crap and not just us. She cut us off, said "Well I need a room number" lime is was an inconvenience. Then, without looking at me she mumbled that since we made the booking through booking.com we would have to do that again. Never explained anything else. I told my daughter forget it, we will book another night with booking.com and come back up in the morning to speak to the sweet people that work here because she was not one if them. Wish I had gotten her name, she had red or pink streaks in her hair with face piercings is all I could remember. I hope others get to meet the great staff before meeting her!

Very clean, newish furnishings, friendly staff, and location was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Lots of outlets for charging devices and using CPAP.
Lobby smelled a bit and lobby restroom was out of order. Since it’s an extended stay property, there were fewer default amenities than a typical hotel and more paid upgrade options, but not necessarily a bad thing, just different.
Cleanliness
Room was not ready even though I arrived late.
They actually house people there. Not just vacationers or overnight stay. The room did not have plates , cups, or silverware to use. The staff checks out at 8 or 9. Then when I checked out at 9 am , no one was available. The desk was closed.

staff had a swisher pack in her pocket and smelled like straight weed no soap or nothing ina room couldn’t even get extra towels which doesn’t make sense
Good security measures in place. Large refrigerator available with good freezer. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Very clean rooms and throughout property as well.
No breakfast was offered. Early check-in was denied No iron or ironing board in room. No hair dryer. No hand towels (only bath towels and washcloths).
