Absolutely nothing.
Not much at all. The booking.com ratings for this one were way off. This is mostly an extended stay hotel with a bunch of lowlife renting the rooms for extended stays. The room has a refrigerator and a cooktop yet no microwave? There is no staff on the facilities in the evening hours every single day. That is total BS. You really need to look elsewhere. It was less expensive than many of the other area, hotels, but I regret not spending more money at a nicer hotel.
Great value, perfect location to so many places in Grand Rapids main highway M28. Our room was comfortable. Joe and the front desk staff were awesome to work with. Great communication leading up and during our stay.
only two small towels are provided where we are use to an extra one or two. The facility was great to have cooking appliances but no dishes or pats or pans are provided. For a 3 night stay it would have been nice to use the appliances provided and we were not prepared to pack all those items. We are use to having at least a 1 or 2 cup coffee makes in our rooms and we travel 6-8 times per year
Their was no breakfast. The place smelled terrible. I had to take out my own trash.
Had to take out my own trash! I didn't feel like I was offered anything. The hotel smelled AWFUL. Like dried piss. It felt like the hotel's business model was the guests do all the work.
Central location
No ice machine (just ice trays in freezer), no coffee maker or coffee in lobby. Should have more closely read the small print about room amenities (have to ask for hair dryer, tissues, etc)

Sooooooo loud and noisey! If you are a light sleeper or looking for rest this is not your place! The walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything above below and beside you! Clear down to brushing their teeth and bathing….. amongst other things! The vinyl floors are nice for cleaning but terrible for sound barrier, the shifting of furniture made it sound like constant chaos was erupting! They need felt on bottom of chairs/furniture. You are charged to have linens laundered if you wish….. and you get 2 towels and cloths for a 4 day stay. No kleenex provided. The TV was possessed, came on and off whenever….. wouldnt stay on when you needed it. Room was clean but the outside had trash and all sorts of food and debris in the parking lots and landscaping, I could see why they had rodent traps all around.
