Pros:

I love that the pool was heated. I loved the room in general. Very spacious. Staff was great.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, the floors were not sweeped or mopped from prior stay, hair in the bathrooms.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Valet parking was 24/7 very convenient and the location was great. A 4min walk to the boardwalk and restaurants very close by

Pros:

Loved the staff, location, how big and clean rooms were, pool area

Cons:

No pressure in shower, maybe get different shower heads. The music from bar downstairs was loud and so was outside. Loud people in hallways

Had a nice stay!
Pros:

Close to boardwalk. I like the size of the rooms and bathroom. Enclosed and heated pool. Staff was nice

Cons:

I don't like parking in Wildwood. No complaints really but pool needed to be skimmed/cleaned out.

Good size room. Refrigerator and microwave, small coffee maker.

Cons:

There was no place to sit outside. The management did not allow customers to sit outside in the courtyard / pool area. After a long day, it would have been nice to sit outdoors to relax.

The false advertisement of food service and live music. When we get there we were told that it only happens on the weekend then had the nerve to ask for tips. Then we were told that wrist bands where for the pool only. Then my son gets questioned for not having it on while he was at the hotel. But then avoided me

I will be a repeat customer and I recommend it highly.
Pros:

The location looks brand new and the pool is private and large enough for guests. The valet parking is convenient and the guys do an amazing job. I will stay there again next year.

Wonderful except one interaction with parking attendant.
Pros:

Almost everything was wonderful. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating (aside from one employee).

Cons:

Attitude of evening parking attendant, she said something rude. When I called her out on it she followed me into the lobby screaming at me. Later I came through the lobby to overhear her and the receptionist talking badly about me.

Would have been nice to have a broom to clean up the sand.

Would have been nice to have beach gear parking somewhere.

I would definitely recommend
Pros:

How clean it was, security, large and spacious. Close walk to the beach. Nice area. Beautiful pool. Laundry in room.

Cons:

The bedroom door in our room squeaked, but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed.
