Location is great. Staff is great. Living environment is overall very good. I enjoyed my time staying.

I would most likely not book a room here again but I would certainly come enjoy the pool, clubs and bars any time.

I loved the fun atmosphere and the location. Fun day parties

Cons:

We were a little put off by the outdated bathroom and black carpet. The hotel is vintage I get it, but we heard a lot of hallway chatter and chatting through our vents. If i wanted an intimate experience with my partner theres no way we could have without the entire floor hearing us. Lol. Also the drinks at the pool were not good and we didn’t feel like there was any alcohol in them. We just took shots because the drinks were so weak.

I went there to see a couple of friends who moved to Sant Petersburg FL.
Pros:

Sebastian and Jeff who work there were excellent and helpful. Two great employees.
The location to various restaurants and bars was excellent
The staff overall were welcoming

Cons:

I think the size of the sink in the room could be better. Something like a cabinet style with storage and larger top

Pros:

Close to Pinellas Rail Trail, nice continental breakfast and close to many restaurants and clubs.

Cons:

Bit of music at night but not bad. Almost acted like white noise.

St. Pete downtown ideal location but tiny, dark motel feel.
Pros:

Location. View. Central Downtown.

Cons:

Was not Deluxe King. Space was cramped and super small, bathroom small. Was a studio. Cheap furniture. Was not honest and transparent online. Made partner uncomfortable being mainly a specific sexual orientation which also wasn't listed. Dark colors. No desk, sofa, chair. Overpriced, only thing going for it is the location.

Fun place for short stay .. rooms small
Pros:

Unique and campy fun neighborhood a bit away from downtown which was good for me .

Cons:

Extremely noisy even in third floor pounding music from 3 different bars downstairs filtered up through the building from inside and outside
