This hotel is not recommended for family
Pros:

This room was assigned to me with out housekeeping I mean the housekeeping was not performed before to assign the room

Cons:

They are not going back or assign me another clean room. Was the worse experience ever seen before

Terrible and would not recommend to anybody.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property. Staff was unprofessional and the room was disgusting

Cons:

The room was filthy. The shower was disgusting, there was blood on the sheets and the floor, the showerhead had black mold on it. The faucets hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair all over the wall, the toilet had poop in it, there was a big white stain on the char, the floor was nasty, doors didn’t close, lights didn’t work, and there was a COCKROACH in the shower. I was also refused a refund because k went to check out early. All they did was say “I can’t refund you but I can offer to take the roach out and give you new sheets. WHAT? Why would I want to stay somewhere this gross with blood on the floor and a disgusting shower and ROACHES.

Nada, la verdad que nada que ver las fotos a la realidad. Cero recomendable

Cons:

Muy sucio, sábanas sucias, regaderas sucias, casi no sale agua en la regadera, ambas habitaciones tenían el mismo problema. Cero recomendable
