Clean room, but with zero temperature control.
Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The HVAC did not work in our room for the entire stay. We were told we could get a different room as soon as it was available, but we were never moved.

Pros:

Paid through Booking.com. Arrived at property, stated I needed to wait a few minutes to finish cleaning room. Waited approximately 20 minutes. Another person came to tell me I didn’t have a room because they were overbooked. Another person was waiting and told the same thing. All of a sudden they found a room for him. Tried to tell me they had rooms available at the other hotel about 20 minutes away. Arrived there and no rooms were available. I’m pretty sure my room was given to the other customer.

Overall, good, not great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I erroneously thought it was closer to a beach. The kitchenette had no stove or oven. One wash cloth was stuck together with something yellow… I’ll let y’all determine what that was. Overall a good stay, but honestly, if I could find another pet friendly place closer to the beach I’d go with that. The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful, however.

Cons:

Dirty washcloth. No oven/stove in kitchenette.

Well worth the stay, clean, and professional.
Pros:

The staff at check-in were very professional and accommodating since they couldn’t find my reservation. Location in relation to the beaches and shopping.

Cons:

Did not have a dinner menu.

Staff excellent.. clearly house keeping needs attention or trained to replace all lines regardless of the previous night

First room was totally upside down
Drawers pulled out and it was clear housekeeping dropped the ball on this room
Second room linens needed to be replaced and replace with new updated not worn sheets
Amount of personal hair on pillows and linens made it clear housekeeping dropped keeping dropped the ball as well..
Conclusion walked next door and purchased new sheets and pillow cases along with shower shoes.. to make it through the night

Tutto, camera meravigliosa, hotel bellissimo, davanti a Walmart e con angolo cottura per poter fare la spesa e mangiare. Voglio fare una menzione particolare all uomo di colore (lo sottolineo perché era l'unico e ci tengo che arrivi a lui il messaggio) che ci ha accolto. Una delle migliori accoglienze avute nella mia vita.

Cons:

È un po' lontano dal mare, sono comunque 17/18 km dalla prima spiaggia libera.

The breakfast was excellent, weight room had everything we needed, and this front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

When we went into our room, all the drawers and cabinet doors were all open. Catching the door and our luggage as we came in. The sleeper sofa was still folded out, and there was hair all in the shower of the bathroom. There was also a metal piece leaning against the wall in the shower that looks like it came off of something that we never could figure out where it came from.

Everything was great! The staff amazing, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable room, excellent location. The front desk attendant Yong was amazing!

Cons:

The washer and dryer just can be used if you have coins. Do not accept card.
