Cons:

Cleanliness of first room was abysmal. Hotel rep came to room and agreed they had never seen anything like it.

Best hotel in Santa Rosa beach
Pros:

We had best time in this hotel. Great place for families. We will recommend it to our friends. We are grateful to the staff and Manager for their help in difficult time for our family.

Pros:

Both topics ....really good for breakfast choices and since we were having a family gathering along 30A for four days, the location worked very well ! Nice staff too !!

Cons:

In our room #116 there was no room darkening blind to pull down. The brackets were there for a 'roll down' type, but the shade was not. The only privacy for this 1st floor room was the slightly see through screen roller. Fortunately we got up early (6 am) each day, but for night time the window needs the dark roll down shade.
