Not a lot of Things left for Improvement on the Room at least - pretty Excellent
Pros:

The room was really amazing. It was a clean and tidy studio apartment impeccably designed for comfort and elegance in a restricted space. The TV was an excellent large size and it was easy to navigate the cable channels.

Not a peep was heard from within the room throughout my stay, which I assume means that the insulation was excellent.

There was a nice big lobby and good facilities. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The breakfast system was a little messy and difficult to navigate and overpopulated. Also a maid stopped by like 10 minutes before check-out time, which was a bit bothersome.

Cons:

Breakfast was so so, better than average, but the staff was quite slow, the yogurt machine ran out of yogurt and they did not refill it. We asked twice with no luck. Other than that it was great stay for us.

"Adequate"
Pros:

New hotel with modern fixtures. Appreciated the separate sitting room space.

Cons:

For a very new hotel, it had nice new modern fixtures. That said, little things didn't work--like the window shade did not come fully closed, letting in am light. It also had a "cheap" feeling. Also, the pillows were almost unusable.
