Pros:

Location to airport and restaurants. Room spacious and clean. Good layout. Breakfast was good and staff were very accommodative. Wine was a little pricey but not bad

Didn’t really use all facilities but what we used was good so can’t rate everything

A great stay near the Sacramento Airport.
Pros:

The location was great, near the airport, and had a shuttle. We were also able to leave our car there for 3 weeks at an extra cost. The breakfast was good and the rooms were great. No complaints.

Good Choice for the Sacramento Area
Pros:

I found the Hyatt House an excellent choice for my purposes. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff was professional and the facilities were nice. The breakfast had many options and was fairly good. The surrounding area was convenient and relatively safe. freeway and airport access was great which made the purpose of my trip go smoothly. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but I would say more... But that just me. One of the things I look for in a hotel is the gym. Weather it's in Hanoi or Houston I always look to see if they have one and how it is equipped and I always use it if I am staying more than the night. In the case with the Hyatt I only stayed the one night. . I did not have a chance to use the gym which looked adequately equipped for a smaller group and had descent equipment but I always want more.

Modern, Comfortable and Spacious Facilities. Very Friendly Staff.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel respecto del aeropuerto, aunque muy aislado de cualquier posibilidad decente de comercios. Las instalaciones son nuevas, amplias y el personal de recepción muy agradable. La habitación cumplió ampliamente nuestras expectativas; pedimos una que fuese tranquila y nos dieron al final del pasillo sin vecino a uno de los lados, muy luminosa gracias a sus 3 ventanas, 2 camas amplias y muy cómodas. Las camareras de habitación con las que hablamos muy cordiales. Recibimos a unos amigos en nuestra estancia y cenamos con ellos en el bar-restaurante, donde el trato del camarero fue muy agradable, la comida (especialidades indús) estaba rica y el precio nos pareció razonable.

Cons:

Absolutamente nada, todo estuvo a nuestro gusto.

Breakfast was delicious. Shuttle service from the airport was quick. Comfortable room and the staff welcomed us to wait in the lounge until our daughter picked us up.

Pros:

The room was big and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We had asked about the airport shuttle. Was told they run every hour but if we need them in between to call. We called and they said refused to come. We ended up taking an Uber. Please don’t tell us you’ll do something and then not live up to it!!

Wonderful last minute booking!
Pros:

Very accommodating! Late night flight cancel, was able to book online, called and they sent a free shuttle. It was a clean, large room with a comfortable king bed.
