Pros:

Breakfast is great, room is great with a kitchen which was good for the price.

Cons:

I guess location was wired and did not give us like a hotel area vibe. I didn’t have much interaction with staff but I felt like they didn’t want to interact. Pools a bit small but was open.

I didn't like that they checked my son in to my room then handled the whole situation poorly. very unsatisfied. I messaged property and got no response. when I asked for managers name she wrote on a post-it note just a first name Bal.
poor service.

I hate to face your customer service team again.
Cons:

The customer service of the front desk was horrible. The Chubby Indian lady’s customer service and attitude towards my family was horrible. When I arrived on site I asked her to connect me with her manager, she stated that was the authority and walked away. Then she sent another customer service team member (Simran) to assist us.
My wife had her scarf on and entered the lobby with my two young kids, as soon as they noticed her with scarf they started being dismissive and ignoring, until I entered the lobby and talked to them.

Comfortable bed, short distance to airport.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows. Shuttle to airport.

Cons:

TV picture didn’t work, only audio.
Roller shade wouldn’t move up or down. Returning from breakfast it had fallen down to the floor.

The accommodations were great, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Check-in staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We were only given two bath towels to use so we asked for two more around 10:30pm. A little after midnight hotel staff was banging on our door to deliver them. It woke up all my kids and I and scared us all. The pool was also dirty and there were no towels available. This was a huge incentive to stay at this hotel so it was a bummer to see how dirty the pool was.
