Overall we had a great stay at Moxy.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were so comfortable.
The decor was fun and not overdone.
The people for the most part were very acomodating.
It made a great place for a girls weekend.

Cons:

There were no vents in the bathrooms.
There was no pool.
The sliding door on 202 is jammed open.
The curtain on 202 was not closing all the way for sleeping.

No dogs? No problem.
Pros:

Overall vibe was cute. LOVED that they had a little "stash" near the elevators where you could gather any necessities you might be missing, INCLUDING an extra pillow because the bed only originally had two.

Cons:

The listing made it seem as tho they had parking available, no where did it say valet only. We drove in, in a standard sized truck and had the worst time entering the front, then the valet just assumes we are valeting and tries to gather us. We traveled with dogs so we wanted to check in, get our lives together, etc but were being rushed. Then the only other parking available was on the street or a city lot. Now here's the big one for me, this is a very big dog friendly hotel (LOVE), BUT when I asked the front desk where they recommend we take the dogs to go potty, she said I have no idea. There was no type of accomodations for this in a very busy very populated downtown area so that was a huge point of contention for our stay here.

Great time in Charleston
Pros:

Great hotel, very comfortable

Location wasnt quite as close to the downtown as I would have liked, definately not walking distance

Cons:

At 5:45am, there was no staff to be found and no coffee anywhere. Another lady and I wandered around yelling “hello” looking for someone.

I was in town for just a day to get my passport renewed and this was a perfect place to stay.
Pros:

I was traveling alone and felt completely safe. I liked that the bar/restaurant was on the 6th floor. Everybody working there was very polite and helpful. While the selection was limited, the food was surprisingly good.

Cons:

The barstools are too low for most people. Fortunately, there are plenty of other seating options.

It is very updated and modern, but a little confusing about check-in and layout.
Pros:

Rooftop bar was nice .. but lacked any background music or entertainment for a Friday night vibe.

Cons:

Check in was on the 6th floor and no parking lot to park. Had to pay valet to park car.

You have to book this amazing property!
Pros:

The valet parking
The lemonade in reception 🩷
The unique room configuration
The gym is well equipped
The music from the DJ was exceptional
The drink tokens were a nice perk
The food was really quite good -naan bread & the chicken nachos
The staff - every single person!💋
The mural art
The Starbucks on the first floor-super handy

Cons:

The sun in my eyes at the treadmill early in the morning, but the view was amazing
The shower floor seemed a little slippery.
The shower fixture was really kinda leaky at the joints. Which wasn't actually a problem as a guest, but might need to be looked at😊

Aldrig besviken på ett Moxy-hotell
Pros:

Fina rum, härlig lobby med spel, gratis lemonad och kaffe. Trevlig personal. Härlig takterrass. Vi parkerade på gatan bakom hotellet, funkade jättebra. Lite långt att gå in till restaurangerna på King street, men det var mest pga värmen.

Cons:

Lite svårt att parkera för att lasta av bagaget.
