I didn’t like the guests who were outside and above us keeping us awake with loud talking and romping around in the middle of the night and early morning.
Appreciated it's closeness to the airport.

Very nice, extra clean and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable.
I would have liked if there was microwaves in the rooms, to be able to warm up food or hot drinks.
The staff were pleasant and cheerful! The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, and everything was super clean and new. The breakfast was pretty extensive, especially as it was included in the room price.
I thought the food we ordered for dinner was overpriced. I called at 8:45 to ask housekeeping for a blanket for the pull-out couch, as there wasn’t one in the room … and they came at 10:15!!! That is ridiculous. We had given up and gone to bed without … but the staff member OPENED OUR DOOR after I didn’t answer for his 4 loud knocks (which woke me and all of my kids!!!). I am still horrified and furious. That is unacceptable!!!!

The location to airport was perfect. The Room nd hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. I would recommend this place.
Was charged for parking (park and fly) saying it was hotel policy. The website clearly shows that parking and the airport shuttle are “complementary….free” and no where does it say there is a $15/day fee for non-registered days. The hotel staff (3 different people) couldn’t show me where that was stated. They charged me for 4 days plus tax.
The room was comfortable and they had a nice TV. The real cooked breakfast was really great and the staff was very friendly. The AC was strong and I liked that the room had a small couch.
The tiniest fridge, no microwave, my room had some cobwebs and spiders above the bed. A pillow case was missing from my bed, the glasses had debris stuck to them from the dish washer. The room didn't feel like it had been checked by a manager after cleaning.
