Airport hotel
Pros:

That it was close to the airport.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't have my reservation ready. They were blaming you for not paying them. And were quick to want me to pay again. NOT..... because I'd already paid booking.com. it took about 30min you working with them and got it worked out. Thank you!!

Cons:

Our car got broken into in the parking lot. The manager didn’t seem to care. We did not feel safe or cared for and will never stay here again. I am very disappointed in Hyatt for this.

Es difícil la comunicación con el hotel para reservar el shuttle al aeropuerto

Pros:

Very clean and close to airport. Had 2 meals and drinks in bar area but not able to try out the morning breakfast.

Pros:

It was clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the well done breakfast options in the morning.

Cons:

I wasn't able to use tap or have the staff manually enter my card. This made it extremely difficult due to my cards chip not working. Also due to this one of the staff was really rude at first. Also the room coffee tasted terrible. Thankfully the coffee downstairs was much better.
