Pros:

The room was comfortable and there was the opportunity for dinner, at the bar, instead of leaving the site. The lobby was quiet and the staff helpful.

Cons:

We requested an ADA room; called the day before to make sure it was available and there was some confusion, which eventually was resolved. King bed with sofa couch; we had to make the bed on the sofa couch (why? they knew we were going to use it.) And why is an ADA room at the end of a long hallway? Some handicapped people might find it hard to walk that far.

Super comfortable and convenient to the Sacramento International Airport.
Pros:

Wanted to avoid the holiday parking situation at the Sacramento International Airport so I chose to stay close, use their "long term parking" option, and use their free shuttle service to the airport. It was very convenient, since I have a knee injury and it is hard for me to walk long distances. I was dropped off right at the check-in area for my flight and the driver also assisted with my bags, which was a great help. There was a slight communication mix-up with my return shuttle pick-up but was easily resolved and the driver was very accommodating and helpful also. With the parking situation and ongoing construction at the airport, I will be using this hotel and shuttle service again in August for another trip I have scheduled.

Can't think of anything I disliked during my brief stay.

Pros:

Convenient to airport

Cons:

Shuttle to airport runs only once an hour, making our wait at the airport excessive. The food in the restaurant is fair at best. Needs more options.
