Do to lack of airport shuttles we will not use this Hyatt again
Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

being an Airport stay, your shuttle service sucked! Once an hour does not work. Our 'van' was full for 4AM, we had to catch the 3 AM shuttle. We will not stay there again for that reason

Affordable stay at convenient location for the airport, shuttle hourly.
Pros:

Perfect location for my flight the next morning. Clean room and surroundings, friendly staff, great price, and airport shuttle on the hour.

Cons:

I requested a quiet room and my room faced the freeway so I could hear the car noise. It would have been nice to have free bottled water in the room, maybe 2 bottles/person. I would have appreciated more generosity on coffee... there was only one envelope; I would have liked a second cup to enjoy in my room before departing, especially because I did not have time for breakfast. When I called the next day to discuss the $70 deposit that had been debited from my ATM card (which has never happened to me previously), both regular staff and a supervisor interrupted me numerous times, denying they did this (when it clearly appeared in my account) and repeated the same things instead of directly answering my question, as if trying to distract and confuse me from the main point. They also talked over me with an elevated tone of voice... all this was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Enjoyed our over night lay up!
Pros:

Loved the restaurant and bar! Very nice rooms. Nice shuttle to their port!

Cons:

Bar tender was slammed serving food and drinks. He was very nice but needed help. Sad you did not serve Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi. Also you were out of Mich Ultra draft and bottles. Not other good beer choices.

I would definitely recommend this hotel its close to the airport they have a free shuttle.
Pros:

Every thing was great except for a pillow that had blood on it. When I called the front desk they took care of it right away.

Cons:

Nothing every thing was great the staff is very friendly.
