Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de notre séjour.
La literie est tout simplement inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le canapé-lit était particulièrement inconfortable, tout comme le lit double. La seule solution proposée pour rendre le canapé-lit à peu près supportable a été de rajouter des couettes… C’est très limite et absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payé.
Le petit déjeuner était également très médiocre, avec une qualité et une offre qui ne correspondent pas du tout au standing annoncé par l’établissement.
Et que dire des ascenseurs ? À l’heure du petit déjeuner, vers 9h, nous avons attendu près de 35 minutes avant de pouvoir monter dans un ascenseur, puis encore 10 minutes pour faire tous les étages et rejoindre notre chambre. Je préfère ne même pas évoquer le temps d’attente pour redescendre au rez-de-chaussée…
Ces dysfonctionnements ont clairement gâché notre séjour. Nous attendions un minimum de confort et de qualité, et force est de constater que nous en sommes très loin.
Nous demandons donc un geste commercial conséquent, à la hauteur de la déception et des désagréments rencontrés. Nous attendons un retour sérieux de la direction, car cette expérience ne correspond absolument pas à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de ce standing.
Localização excepcional! Quarto amplo se comparado com a opções em Nova York. Bem estruturado, parece que foi recém reformado. Hotel com 5 elevadores, o que facilitava ir e vir após café da manhã, já que nesse período havia muita gente tomando café da manhã. Além disso, não é cobrado taxa para deixar as malas.
Barulho do ar condicionado incomoda um pouco, já que é de central de ar condicionado, e não de split. Mas isso é de cada pessoa.

Few steps from Time Square, clean rooms, pretty good breakfast
Not sure if that was the issue with just our room AC. AC kicks in and out every two minutes and it’s loud. We would comeback to the hotel late night, exhausted and fall asleep quickly, but then after few hours AC would wake us up and torture rest of the night. Stayed two nights and AC noise ruined our stay. I named AC - a torture device.

Liked the size of the room. We were asked if we wanted floor 6 or 30! We chose 6 and glad we did. Had a view of the Hard Rock Hotel. Breakfast was crazy busy,
liked eating in the lower level. It was as a good week in NY. Then we got switched over to the Marriott Marquis tor our cruise!!!
The elevators were the only problem, mostly when wanting to come down from your room!
4 out of 5 elevators were full when the door opened on 6, wanting to go down after breakfast for the day or depart the hotel.

- Não recomendo para familias que tenham bebes.
- Chicletes grudados no rodapé proximo a janela.
