Excellent rooms for the price.
Pros:

New, clean, rooms and shower. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No filtered water fountain, but there’s an ice machine… The breakfast is inedible, typical of American motels that don’t have an actual staffed kitchen. Nothing fresh. Processed bread, eggs from a carton, waffles from waffle mix, that kind of thing. There’s fresh coffee at least.

I enjoyed it very much besides having to pay for parking at 11 pm at night.

I honestly didn’t like the fact that parking was under ground and you had to pay for parking it should have just came with the room honestly just seem like another cash grab to be honest

I liked the location and the size of the room.

Cons:

The staff and the cleanliness of the room. The shower has public hair, we complain to the front desk and can't give us any solution but to wait that depicts the idea of getting a hotel because we going to be late for appointment, we ended up cleaning it coz we need to shower. Front desk staff is also not helpful and became more upset to us when we complain. This ruin our trip and only gave us partial refund
