Great Facility, stupid use of technology, and rude house keeping
Pros:

The bed, the building are real nice. The shower is amazing, probably one of the best hotel showers.

Cons:

The service staff. They kept entering my room on the day of my check out. First time was at 9:15 and they woke me up. I was confused, I thought I missed check out. Then they walked in on me again while I was on the toilet only 30 minutes later. They knew someone was in the room but they kept trying to rush me out by knocking and entering before I had a chance to get any words out. Totally ruined my morning and put me in a bad mood.

The room also requires your key card in a slot for the room lights to function. Kind of annoying when you rush in the room to use the bathroom and you're blind because none of the lights work and forgot about the stupid slot.

The bathroom lights turn on when they detect motion and the sensor for that is behind a door for the shower so if you decide to take a long shower, you'll be doing part of it in the dark.

The TV in the room also didn't work.

So many fancy amenities but implemented poorly. That plus the rude staff made this place feel like a total rip off. Just a facade to make the hotel seem premium when in reality it's kind of mediocre

I loved staying at this hotel, very clean and modern.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is closer to the SJSU campus, where we picked up our daughter. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and attractions. The employees were very welcoming. I loved staying at this hotel! The valet parking was a plus 👍🏼

Cons:

The breakfast was ok; Management could improve by adding more options, such as baked potatoes or different types of eggs. The guests would appreciate more and would love staying at this hotel, in addition to receiving very good service.
