Nice rooms, not a great locale.
Pros:

Parking situation was difficult and garage was quite a walk from the hotel— and had to pay for it! That wasn’t mentioned at booking.

Great location, at a nice price.
Pros:

The staff, the room, the breakfast, location and most everything was great.

Cons:

I never received my deposit money back. They took my $50 that I had to pay, and they never returned it. The pool was cloudy, they need to keep up with the chlorine better.

It was a very nice place to stay, and convenient to down town
Pros:

Cleanleness, comfortable rooms, great breakfast

Cons:

Parking garage was 3 blocks away, and they charge $10-20 to park. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain properly, but I reported it.

My go-to local hotel!!!
Pros:

I come here a few times a year to use the pool! Everything is always clean, staff are friendly , I love the location

Recommend valet parking or a small shuttle bus to the garage.
Pros:

Good polite, professional, and helpful staff. Clean facility, nice clean room, handicapped amenities good (need a lower step-in), and more than adequate breakfast.

Cons:

Parking is terrible! Had to walk a uneven and uphill block to the parking. I'm handicapped and it was not good. Parking was adequate and easy once one arrives.

Pros:

Location to Towson University is incredible. Also very convenient to be able to walk to Whole Foods and other restaurants.

Cons:

Property has two outside locations to sit and relax. Anyone from off the street can walk up to the patio area. I was approached twice by people that were not patrons of the hotel. Looks like an easy fix to just cordon off the steps to the street so that you can only enter/ exit through the hotel. Perhaps this is an egress situation, but it was worth a comment.

I had someone @ the hotel I believe it was staff who tried to go into my cash app account in take money due to me always keeping my card locked the person wasn’t able to get money.. so the person went into my checking account and stole 300.00 and sent it to some cash app I talked to the manager who said no one here tried to get into your cash app I showed her where the transaction was taken place from this hotel I believe she knows exactly what is going on. It’s unbelievable the way she tried to brush it off that’s what makes her look suspicious. I believe this may be a scam that has happened to more people @ this hotel
