Breakfast was only a half step up from the Days Inn. Not great, but not awful.
Hot water was out when we woke up one day and remained out until that evening. Hotel did comp us our parking, and gave us Hilton Honors points as compensation.
I loved the location and it was very easy to check in.
The pool was pretty small compared to other Hampton inns.
I like the room and the costumer service
Nothing
Thought the combo hotel was weird at first but it was good. The bed was soooooo comfy. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious. And the front desk staff was great at check in and check out.
The only thing I didn’t like had nothing to do with the hotel. Went to the pool after check in (which was one criteria when I get a hotel). Only to find a large group of kids and adults, with water guns, and loud music playing. It was like a pool party. Didn’t enjoy the atmosphere so we left.
I love this property . Always clean, friendly staff. Nice pool. AC is cool.
The beds are so uncomfortable! Extremely firm. My second time this year. Slept awful. But I love the property so much I just wish you would change to more softer mattresses
Everything was very clean

The location was good and convenient.
Yes it was a holiday weekend but the children being in the gym area (w/ supervision) was a bit much. Couldn’t really utilize the area with them in there.
The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and welcoming. When I brought a concern about the pool to their attention, April promptly had the maintenance team clean it, which I truly appreciated.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options on the buffet each morning. The only thing I wished they had was bacon during my short stay.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay with excellent customer service.
The only downside to my stay was the parking. The parking garage cost $20 per night and was a bit of a walk from the hotel. In addition, every time you left the garage, you had to have your parking ticket validated. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't take away from my pleasant stay.

The location for strolling and sleep quality
Booking alternatives; inaccessible fitness venues
It was convenient and rooms were clean and so were bathrooms.
Their breakfast selection was great
Helpful front desk staff-We had 2 pole vaults, and they helped us store them in their storage room since they would not fit in the elevators- Room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean.
Parking was outside the hotel room, and there was an extra fee to park your car.
Location. Cleanliness.
Very loud music at 9:30 in next room which woke us. The staff did address this right away. At 10:30, a group of 10 young people were actually sitting in the hallway talking and laughing…again waking us up. I talked to them and they left. Annoying to be wakened twice. We were informed there was a sports team in the building.
Friendliness, cleanliness, location
Everything was excellent!!
