Comfortable and clean stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Very close to the freeway, yet it was quiet.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in could have been a bit more welcoming. Dan, who checked us out, on the other hand, was super nice. Soundproofing is not optimal if you have someone above you, but in our case it was someone literally running in their room at 11:30pm and I don't think there is soundproofing designed for that!

Our stay there was excellent, the incomplete remodel did not really affect our liking the property. It just was strange.

There was an excessive amount of dried paint spillage on the floors, curtains, doors. The remodel for our room was not finished.

Canceled stay after seeing how dirty the entry and front desk area was. Never saw any front desk personal. Sign said back in 5 minutes.

Room was big and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Weird location, very noisy area. Halls, floors and general area was dirty and looked like it was never cleaned.

great value, comfortable stay
Pros:

great amenities, I didn't expect the room to come with laundry detergent, sponge, dish soap, pots and pans, etc in addition to the facilities listed online so that was a nice surprise. comfortable bed and clean room.

Pros:

We loved that it had a kitchette and also had a washer and dryer. The shower was nice and a good size. We were able to do what we needed for our stay to be convenient and comfortable.

Pros:

It was very convenient for us. The room was great and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The property was quiet. We appreciated the black out curtains. We will definitely stay here next time we come for a visit.

Cons:

There needs to be better signage off of Franklin. It is easy to miss the turn at night. It would be nice to have curtains for privacy but that let in light vs "open" or "black out".
